This is the first time for me to divorce, I just want to know how the process will be. Does anyone can providing me the information before I go to see the lawyer? You know, sometimes the laywer can't be trust. I just need divorce info first and how much the laywer charges.

Ok...for all you married folk who don't get it on...

So, two people fall in love. They court. They get married. They love each other dearly and do anything to make each other happy...except have sex. Sex isn't everything in a relationship, but you have to admit that it does play a part. I do what it takes to make my man happy...if he's happy, then I'm happy. And vice versa. It's in the vows. To cherish...To have and to hold...etc...

There are married couples who have sex less than 5 times a month. Seriously...it's true.

I'm trying to understand a certain category of people...I am serious.

Ladies, I know you love your man, but why would you turn sex down? Your man wants you...not someone else. Why don't you try to show him you appreciate him...in this way?

Men, do you turn sex down from your wife? Why would you?

What makes a married couple not want to have sex? (Please don't say because of the kids. I have one.)

Ok let’s see if I can explain this little better me and the wife are married for nine yrs, with a lot of problems. So I decided to move out to try to save our marriage it’s been five months now, since then she started going to her friends, which I knew was a bad move any way because her friend is nothing but trouble. Since then she had meant this guy ok that’s cool they are friends as she put it, so I left it go. Later on down the road I find out they are dating so I said ok if that’s what she wants I then find out that he has been incarcerated for 2 yrs, and now collecting SSI so I had ask her what’s up with that she tells me none of your business now I’m concern because I no nothing about him till this day all I no is his first name and where he is from.
It gets better he has now move in with my wife and my 8 yr old daughter and 23 months old son now I’m HOT and she still isn’t telling me anything so today I went to get my children and I had ask my daughter how comes the bum (he) don’t work and she went on to tell mom said he jumped off a bridge. Now this brings grate concern about my wife and this bum not to mention my children. Should I just take my chances and keep my children or let them go home ? Now I see why she wasn’t telling me anything HELP PLEASE!!!

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and I noticed a slow down in the overall performance, particularly in the flower and jewellery applications that had operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 auto uninstalled many other valuable programs such as Romance 9.5, PersonalAttention 6.5 and GoOutofTown 3.2.

When an attempt is made to run Conversation 8.0, the screen goes blank. Upon opening HelpMeAroundTheHouse 2.6, the system simply crashes.

Husband 1.0 also auto installed a questionable Entertainment Suite. This bundled package contains several undesirable programs such as NFL 5.0, NBA 3.0 and PremierLeague 20.1.

But worse of all is a program called ChannelSurf 220.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 also auto loaded several unneccessary programs such as ManyNaps 9.7, UnfinishedProjects 20.4 and MyMomisTheBest 1.1. I've tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

What do I do?

my husband and i have been married for a year.. but i really think that we got married for the wrong reasons. i was pregnant before we got married.. and we got married when i was 5 months pregnant because the baby needed insurance (yeah it's stupid.. believe me). but i don't think that we loved eachother.. we never even got to have a relationship before marriage.. and now we are married with a child.. and i don't think that i love him. i am so confused.. he says that he loves me but when you get married you should love eachother first... not just jump into it hoping it will work out.. we fight a lot.. and sometimes i think that he can be a little controling.. and he brings me down a lot. i have suggested counseling but he doesn't want to go.. i wont force him. what should i do?

I have been in a realtionship with him for 2 years, I love this man so much. But he treats me so bad , like name calling that kind of abuse. I am tired of it, I can't leave him b/c I have no money and no family or friends i can go to, so I am at a huge disadvantage. I do have a job but I make hardley anything. A woman wrote in and said that she had put a diaper on her husband because he came home drunk and passed out and spent lots of money at a casino - her revenge was undressing him in his sleep and putting a diaper on him and he was enraged.

I don't know what you people think but everyone saw this as a joke. Personally I didn't and thought that this was the most humiliating thing to do to a man drunk or not. I think it is okay to scream and maybe get upset, but humiliation is something else and shows no respect nor value for the person's feelings.

Getting drunk and spending money aimlessley is often and usually always a cry for help and because men are not taught to be open like women are, it makes it all that much more upsetting to read that she had done this. Degredation is just one of the lowest things you can do to someone. Why didn't she get out if she wasn't happy or be mature enough to see this as a cry for help?

I am uncertain how to deal with a person who either "chills me out in slience " or "demoralizes me in " in statements that make me feel so low. I have made some innocent mistakes , yet they always result in the other person winning and me feeling awful. Ihave decided to end the friendship. The other person said"I don't need you".
I feel awful again . How do I fix things so I feel good even though I may have made a few bad mistakes? Communication is manipulative here I think.

I am in a bind and need help with an answer.Being a good person,young and gullible at a very suceptible time in my life.I got involved with a pregnant girl and signed the birth certificate.We was not married at the time and I did not sign a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity.We married 2 days after child came and divorced 3 years later due to her continuos infedelity.I am very angry to think that a man who was so genorous to a woman could do this.I missed court appearances due to shock and disbelieve that this was happenning.So now I'm $23,000 in the hole for a child that's not mine and I haven't seen in 5 years and the last time I did he got mad and told me that I'm not his real father.I have heard thru the grapevine that they are in contact with the real father.My question is can I get out of this mess that I have made.There is more to the story yet to little space to write about it.

I know that she was married but I was certain that over the five months we have been together that she would start working on her divorce. Her husband is aware of our affair and he is willing to work on his marriage it has been bad for some years. They started going to counseling and she states that she is going to help him understand that she no longer loves him. I have asked her numerous times to tell him that she doesn't want to be married anymore and she continues to give me reasons as to why she can't do that. She doesn't want to hurt him but I am being hurt in the process. I love her and want to be with her but I want her to stop telling her husband nothing and tell him something. I have talked to him and I told him how I feel about his wife. Yet, I just wish that she would make a decision. my husband and i have been married for 2 yrs and have 1 child together. he has 2 from a previous marriage and i have 1. (all under 10yrs old) we dont agree on anything. i feel like i take care of the kids all by myself--financially too. My moms husband wants a divorce because he thinks she spends to much money, but it is her money not his. He said he want to divorce her but still let her stay there after married for 9 years. My husband has pushed me over the edge. There is so much detail I cannot include here because of lack of space, but I'll try to do my best. We've been married for almost 4 years. We have two beautiful boys, ages 1 and 3. My husband has a HUGE anger problem, and over reacts to everything, then says he's sorry afterward, because he knows he's going to lose me if he doesn't do something.

Tonight I went to a meeting and was 10 minutes late getting home (he had to go back to work) and he brought the kids to me, and put them on the ground in the parking lot (the 3 year old with no shoes, and the 1 year old in just a diaper and t-shirt). Keep in mind it's Idaho in Mid November! To top that one off, he brought them to me not even buckled in the car let alone in car seats (and was driving like a maniac, they were all over in the back seat).

After this happened, I called him to ask what was going on, and he told me "go to hell, and F*** off." and hung up on me.....

We have a new baby together and that is why I feel like I can't leave him. We can't go a few days without getting into an argument and him making me upset and cry. We always say that we are going to try and make things better but it only lasts for a day or two at the most. I was on a night out with my G/F and we both got really really drunk. At the end of the night (3.30am) on our way home we were both feeling a little horny. We stopped in a shop door way and proceeded to have intercourse. After a few minutes we heard a car coming and made ourselfs look decent, the car stopped beside us it was the police, we had been caught on the local CCTV because we originally started at the traffic lights.
