Do you think there is someone else or is he just money crazzy? He keeps saying hit the road and then changing mind, but still wants divorce if she stays. She is now staying with me and he has not called since she left and it has been 48 hours. What should she do. Let him go or stay?

Sounds like something else is going on with this guy. He wants a divorce, but it is okay if she stays? Of course he wants her to stay....and pay the bills. Probably cook and clean too. He wants his freedom by divorcing her, but isn't so unhappy that he wants her leave? Yeah, right! Most people get a divorce to get away from their spouse. I guarantee you he is having an affair. Tell your mom to be strong. Divorce this guy and take everything that she can.

She should go on a shopping spree first. Then she should hire a really expensive and smart lawyer to divorce that cheating husband and show that she means business when she spends HER money.

Let him go. It isn't going to get any better and she has already taken the first step to leave by coming to stay with you. Mine told me if I didn't like it I could leave and I wish I had. Now I am 65, unhappy, and, if I had left, I could be with my first and only true love again.

He wants to have his cake and eat it too. It's HER money, and none of his business how she spends it...let him go girl. If it's your house, tell him to get out. I hope you signed a Prenup! Get yourself a good lawyer.

First of all when you are married there is no my money it is both of yours money. A marriage is a partnership. Not ME ME ME!! As far as I am concerned leave because both of you are only thinking of yourselves.
