many of you have already read my 3 other questions.I'm the guy who's soul is dying because his beloved wife of 14yrs has decided.that the grass is greener on the other side with a imoral 25 yr old who knows shes married and has 2 kids with me.I'm 32yrs old but told I look 20 she 33 and looks young also.doesnt a woman know shes loved when her hubby comes home from work and if she is sleeping whispers I love you in her ear and kisses her on the cheek?doesnt she know shes loved when your giving her hugs and softly kissing every part of her face?and last shouldnt she know shes loved when I'm in love with you always comes from my mouth.I think shes living in a dream world with this guy and is trying to crush me like a roach.every time I try to concern her about her affair she tries to say we met to young or we argued to much,or something of that kind to try and justify what she is doing.why is she blind to the fact that she is being used?I dont know what to do or say to her anymore.

I'm going to put this into the Religion category as well.
Here's my story: I was raised in a very conservative fundamentalist Christian faith. Married at 20 to another church member who turned out to be even more fundamentalist than I. Refuses to do anything in bed other than petting and missionary. In my mid 20s I started to want more, a lot more, but hubby refused, saying only whores do that. He refused joint counseling.
I went to pastor and to church women's counselor, was told to obey husband and that God was just testing me. I am very attractive, told I look 20 years younger than my age (I am 44), and many married men over the years hit on me, which disgusted me but also made me more frustrated. Then 2 years ago I met wonderful understanding traveling businessman with whom I not only was able to do the sexual universe but he became true friend and confidant (he has had several affairs with married women, all at the ladies' initiative, so he says).

What do youdo when you and your partner argue? It is usually about the same thing and I feel so pissed off! What's the best way to deal with these things? Forget it and carry on? Sulk? Get angry? I tend to get angry and then not talk for a couple of days but I know this is not the best thing to do really. Any suggestions on how to keep a marriage going would be appreciated. Thanks

I have been married for almost three years. I know my wife loves me , but she just doesn't listen. i am not asking her to do anything wrong. i am only asking for here to save money, or lets try role playing to spice things up help clean the house little things like that I have been asking for three years now. I can cook, I can clean, I had a job every since I was of age and I know have a job that I have been on for eight years now that makes good money and alows us to travel together, & I get hit on all the time( That she doesn't know about) why should I settle for someone that won't do anything.

This happened some 7 years ago and my wife just told me about this incident .My brother was 15-16 yrs old then . My brother did tore off my wife from family photos . when confronted by my Sisters to explain why , he could not say .

I am worried that he could be habouring hate for my Wife even though now they appear to relate to each other well .

I am going through a divorce. My ex and I share a few friends from the past who still want to remain both our friends. Recently, I have been thinking of severing my friendship ties with them because of the hostily that my ex has shown me in this divorce. At this moment, I cannot see myself in the future being friends with my ex whom I once loved and trusted. He tried to trample me down in the worst possible way because of money. I cannot forget or forgive my ex for locking me out of our home and taking our child away from me. I had to go to court to contest this and won.
These people are nice and have been friends for almost 20 years. They have come to my aid and helped me through with their support; they see that what my ex did was bad but they still intend to remain friends with him. ~Can I continue to be friends with people whom I know are choosing to remain friends with my ex without feeling upset?

be his favorite.He thinks he is always right.My house is always clean,but he says it is dirty,I am not the best cook but I do try tothou my kids seem to thinnk i am.,when he is done with a meal sometimes at least once a week he says this,he says man ws that lousy.and then there a No pet thing he has a cow everytime i mention it,my dog died 2 yrs ago and i was the one who took care of it and took it to the vet,bathed and the whole deal.I have a job and i have 2 kids at home and because he works more hrs than i he think he should come home and dp nothing,i mow the grass I shovel the snow,clean house and cook take the kids to the Dr.I make all his phone calls,lay his cloths out ect.Am I a good wife? we have been together for 20yrs I don't know how I have made it this long.?

My husband and I have a 13 month old daughter. I have been a stay at home Mom until recently. My husband has always slept in late on the weekends. I asked my husband about a month ago if I could have either Saturday or Sunday morning to sleep in a little. Which means he would get up around 6 a.m. with our daughter. He flat out told me that because I don't bring in an income that I don't deserve that privelege. He told me I have the easy life and that I should nap during the day of I'm tired. When my daughter naps that's when I get so many other things done around the house! He made me feel absolutely worthless and the argument escalated to the point of making me feel just as good as a piece of dirt. I'm working now, 30-35 hours a week. I am afraid of bringing it up again. I am so exhausted! I feel like if I could just have 3 hours to myself on a Saturday morning to sleep in or read that it would make an amazing difference.
How do other families handle this?
