Whenever you think it feels right to do it again I guess, but why would you want to go through all that again, yeah ok to be with the right man, the love of your life, but isn't that what you thought first time round.
I would advise on the side of caution, good old fashioned dating and really get to know him properly, maybe live with him a while first before you commit and possible end up divorcing again a few years down the road!!
Good Luck

It depend where you live. Under California law there is a statutory "waiting period" of six months before the parties to a dissolution proceeding are legally returned to the status of single persons. The parties may not remarry until this waiting period has expired.
Utah has a waiting period of 90 days.
Connecticut a divorce decree is final immediately and there is no restriction against remarriage.
Same Indiana.

As long as you think you should. Some people goes years without remarrying and others marry the day after their divorce is final.

It takes 6 months for it to become finial and then if you want to get right back in the frying pan then do it. But I think you had better wait longer than that as you still have issues that you need to deal with first. Like the soon to be x husband. I know that I don't know everything that is going on, but I am just basing this on your other questions that you have been asking.

At least one year. You need to go through all the holidays and your birthday without someone else. You may find you don't need to get remarried or take the first thing that comes along just to not be lonely.

That is a question that only you can answer. You have to reach down deep inside to know the answer for this. You should know when you are ready to start dating and get married again. There are no time limit on when people fall in love. Your best advice is to take your own advice but you better make sure that you are ready for another commitment right away.

Everyone's a little different.
You just need to give yourself plenty of time to heal your broken heart, unload your baggage & rediscover yourself before you can commit to someone else.
Beware of "rebounding" too quickly. This could leave you worse off than before.
As a general rule, a minmum of 2 years (Yes, 2 years.) is recommended.
Good luck & happiness to you.

The longer - the better. You need to give yourself time. Time to get to know yourself again. To have the time to yourself and enjoy for awhile. Don't be in too big of a hurry. Good luck!

I've heard of people walking out the back door, around the building and in the front door, the J.P. never leaving his desk.
