You don't give enough information. It depends how invasive and agressive the cancer is. You could have days or weeks or even a year or two. Its your choice not to take treatment, but you mother should have a say in this. We have rights and responsibilities. Go back to the doctor find the information you need there.

Lost, I've been reading your other posts and you're obviously rock bottom at the moment. As far as your cancer of the liver is concerned, only a doctor can give you that information. I'm sure it varies from person to person. As far as meeting your fate with god, that's entirely your decision to make but please reconsider treatment (if that's still an option for you). Please seek some kind of counselling. As corney as it sounds, talking can really help you to focus on what's important. I've read that you have a son, surely he deserves to have his Dad fight to stay in his life. He needs you. Come on man, it's easy to give up but you need to get off your backside and fight. Get to the doctors, and discuss your options so you can make a clear decision based on the facts. Please seek help and don't give up. Good luck chicken xxx

I am sorry that I don't know the answer to your questions. But I do know that you should tell your wife about your illness and the decision to go without treatment. She probably won't understand, but she needs to know (and be relatively prepared for) the fact that she won't have you for much longer.
You also need to be sure you have your last will and testament in place, and as many of your finances in order as possible, so she isn't mourning and in horrid debt after you are gone.
Do you have life insurance? That will help her, too.
Good luck to you and your family. And God Bless!

Dear One.......
the number of days we have is something that only God knows.

Doctors when giving a diagnosis can only give an estimated time.
There are people upon receiving a diagnosis that do not want to know.......for the reality of life is that it is a gift.......each of us have a certian number of days.......unfortold by a man.

The same God that granted you that certain number of days is the same God who has loved you regardless.....the same God that is waiting for you to come to Him now........His arms have always been open.

No man can tell you this timeframe for it would only be a guess but it is wise of you to be sure of the eternal.

God can give you that peace now and after this life.

Praying for you!!

Well, it is not meant to be...I believe if the treatment will give you more time then go for it. Talk to the doctors on you options and make the right choice.
Your life is not only yours, but also for those around you who care and love you. If taking treatment will give you more time with them ...then take it and enjoy life whiles it is available.
You deserve it.

Sounds like you have primary hepatic carcinoma, and you cannot expect to live very long without treatment - 3 months to maybe a year, and you will be sicker and sicker before you die. Sorry to hear this.

You should consider treatment otherwise you will live only short time but if you get treated you have 5% chance to live longer then five years. Do not despair trust God and get help. God do not want you die prematurely.

Dont think about dying. Enjoy each day as it comes. Confide in your loved ones. Dont be so despondent. Death is the only thing we are all guaranteed. Good Luck & God Bless. Jim M
