I am uncertain how to deal with a person who either "chills me out in slience " or "demoralizes me in " in statements that make me feel so low. I have made some innocent mistakes , yet they always result in the other person winning and me feeling awful. Ihave decided to end the friendship. The other person said"I don't need you".
I feel awful again . How do I fix things so I feel good even though I may have made a few bad mistakes? Communication is manipulative here I think.

If you made a mistake, apologize for it, and try to make it better. If someone is manipulating you, ditch them. You don't need to be around people that make you feel bad. Try to find out where the glitch is, and then fix it. Also, be a little less vague in your questions so that people can answer them a little better.

regardless of how articulate someone is, it doesn't make them a better than anybody else. Someone who finds small gratification in making others feel insignificant have some issues of there own to deal with. You did the right thing. Find a friend who will love you for who you are.... Mistakes and all!

Stay away people like that do that to make themselves feel better. They can not admit they have any faults so they cut down others. You don't need some one like that in your life. They will just keep beating you down emotionally until you accually do not know who you are any more. You feel like nothing, you stop caring about anything in your life.
