Marriage & Divorce - 6 October 2006

So, I decided to sign the divorce complaint and send it back to my attorney. He and I are still under same roof and this is not an issue at tis point. Two nights ago we had a conversation..a pretty good one. He then started to talk about all the good qualities he had and how he hoped to work on the relationship. How he feels he was to weak to give me what I needed. The next day I realize that he and I are just better off as friends or housemates. Being a couple is a huge problem for us. Okay now here is the issue, he wants to go to dinner to talk. So I said okay, and I ask him to give me two things he is willing to do to work on the relationship. He said he would answer my question at dinner. So I said fine.

Any thoughts on what to make of this? I believe I am making the right decision, but I am also making sure I am not making the wrong decision. Do you think this is all a ploy? Thoughts? Reflections?

So my wife and I got married six months ago. Had a great honeymoon and wedding. We have lived together for 5 years and we have a four year old daughter together. We have had some dry spells in the past maybe lasting every couple of weeks but we are on a six month stretch of NO SEX!!! I stopped pressuring her a few months ago, stopped asking questions and still no change. I've had my suspicions as to whether or not she is cheating, but it's hard to say. She's home every night and she doesn't have all the signs that point to infidelity. Can a woman seriously go this long without sex or any physical intimacy at all? I mean, everything has stopped. Also, she doesn't masterbate (so she says). I can't imagine a human being going this long without any sort of sexual stimulation. Any women go through this or husbands go through this at all? I mean it has literally been six months of NOTHING and it doesn't appear to be improving. She won't do counseling either. What causes this?

Recently she filed for divorce and has moved in with her boss. She has been threatening to get a restraining order against me if I show up at her work again. I know she still loves me because she turned away when her boss was pounding on my head the other day. I guess I am just trying to see if women will do things like this just to see how much we really love them, or could this be a bad sign?

3 years of marriage and I have served him faithfully. Yet he doesn't want me to hold him at night anymore. He doesnt' want to hold me. He has nightmares about me cheating on him everynight (even though God knows I never did). He hardly ever smiles at me anymore. We are always together and yet he never wants to do what I like (he tells me I can do them alone). He doesn't want to go to church or talk about anything but his problems, sex, and drugs. We can not plan anything together. He doesn't want to solve problems but to wallow in them. He hardly believes me about anything. It has been like this since I lost weight (for at least two years). I have been bending over backwards to communicate and help him get over his insecurity. But he doesn't want to try anything. I am starting not to like him. He is not the man I married. How should I respond exactly? I have tried being nice but I think he is taking my nice for weakness but if I be mean he may leave me for good. I am pissed.

we are going to marry in the end of the next month last day one of my co worker came to me and told me that she has seen my boy with another girl in the last month it was a shock for me i couldn’t believe that .but the girl ( she is married) insist on that and told me i m sure that I have seen he was talking and walking in the street with another girl and ...so i shared this matter with him and i asked him to tell me the truth he swore that wasn’t him and he never talked or walked with any one but me he says this girl is a stupid because the last time she was thinking that I m his father soldier now how can I prove she get me wrong again may be she has seen another one and she think that’s me we (me and my boy )both work in the same place and most of the time we are together but last day he was off i asked him to come to my work place because i wanted to confront him with my co worker but he refused and he told me i am a little busy right now but I do it as soon as I come there i cried but he told me if you believe me its just a lie i should go to some where now but i confront with that girl to show you that’s just a lie this event made me so depress i don’t know he is right or he is lying its really important for me
if i found he is lying me i leave him and i never marry to him. today he phoned me and told me he is so nervous he is ready to confront him but what happen if she is got me wrong with some else and she tell that was you? He asked me do you believe me or you believe her? How he could prove me that’s not right i don’t know what to do? How can i make sure that which one is right my partner or my co worker? He swore and says that was not me please don’t ruin our life with just a lie but I m nervous I cant forget the words of that girl may be she is wrong but how can I trust to my boy I really don’t want to ruin our life we love each other but I need some advice on this matter

I use to do everything for him. almost all the jobs in the pass years that he receive was done to me. when my car was the only transporation for us and his family,. about and 3 month ago i strat up there where he work at and some guy told him that i been seen him behind just back. justine believe the guy instead of me. he was mad and try to put me out of that house that we share with hos mother. but i thought we got pass all that , but i deicde to move out , because his mother would just run competely over me , think that would help ours relationship . but it made it worset now he want talk to me, don't want to see me . he's tell me thatg he love me but , his mind would let him be with me, he he is to much have had in 10 years? but we break upmany time before , it's just never felt like this those, it hurts.

When I married Josh 3 years ago, we were perfect together or so I thought. He's changed though. He used to be responsable and caring. Now he has no job and won't even help around the house since I'm working 2 jobs to suport us. I'm tired and burned out and most nights work overtime just to avoid having to go home. When I am at home we fight non-stop and I want out. Every time I bring up divorce though, he gets mad and throws a fit. HE says if I loved him I wouldn't say that. I'm not sure I love him though. He's in no way physicly abusive to me, but the one time I did try t leave he chased me down and even cried til I agreed to come back. We can't afford to do counseling. Help?
