That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. You don't get married to get something out of it. Marriage is suppose to be sacred. Your suppose to love one another and want to spend the rest of your life with each other. If your not sure the relationship will last, then why in the he** get married in the first place? The only reason a woman gets something is because usually they have children and it's right for the woman to get at least half because she is raising their children. Most of the time it takes two to make a living. So the woman is usually working too and contributing to the income so fairly half is hers. And she is probably having to take care of the children by herself, grocery shop, clean house, and cook for the lazy a** too by herself. If she is not working, she is raising the children and taking care of the household and half is fairly hers then too. Don't say that it is not a lot of work to raise a child, clean house, cook, and all the other duties. If you do, try it yourself.

The advantage is that you'll get to prove that you're a man.
You do by sticking to the commitment you made.

I got married because my wife is: Someone to love and someone who loves me; someone who will give me a family; someone who encourages me; someone who gives great companionship and trust; she is someone to share things with, someone to go places with, someone to cry on my shoulder, someone to wipe away my tears. Not a lot of people can say that and mean it. That's why the divorce rate is at 50%.
