Well, I guess she has a mental block- Maybe she is terrified that if she gave you anal you will enjoy the rush so you will start exploring sex with the opposite sex.
Now, do not all scream at once, I had this discussion with a group of women and it is really a fear some of us have.
Love is deeper then sex though- God, it is the most amazing thing, it is deep you know, contentment with each other minds

Ewww. that to me is just not doable. In the immortal words of Tina Turner " What's Love got to do with it". If a man really wants that experiance that much and his woman is not down for it then maybe its time he either (a) let it go or (b) push on and find someone that will. How can a man truely love his woman if he tries to make her do things she is not comfortable with? Maybe that is the question on her mind. Love shouldn't be about what she/he won't do, for the other half. It should be about what they already do for you to make your life the way it is.
