If the relationship is abusive -GET OUT of it. Do it now before things get any worse. Find some place safe to go. You need to protect yourself and find the help you need to move on. Take some time to create a new environment for yourself without all the stress and abuse. It is very important that you take care of yourself right now. Don't stop going to counseling, go church where you won't run into the other person, pray alot and the crying is a healing process that you will have to go through. You will find yourself dealing with a lot of emotions but just take one day at a time.
You will be amazed as to how you will come out on the otherside of this situation. No one has to suffer an abusive situation. Take care of yourself. I will be thinking of you.
Been there....done that.

are you happy? Does he make you happy? your beliefs might be don't get a divorce, but if your not happy, you have to do what you have to do. You probably don't want to get a divorce, but if its abusive, you have to think about you and the best interest for YOU. Unfortunately a lot of married couples have to go through it, but you & your husband know there's a problem and have tried to work together to make it work. It didn't work. Obviously you two aren't happy. Abusive relationships could only get worst and you know what worst can be. Look out for the best interest for you, it might be hard, but do you want to live miserable forever?

Obviously you know what the right answer is. If you have done all of the things you say and sacrificed your sanity by being with this man, then what the hek you still doing there? If he does it once and you go back, he will see that you let it happen and do it again....

If all else has failed, it might be time to end it. End it now, before anyone gets seriously hurt.
I'm sorry.
