What is marriage? Is it just for the family framework to raise kids and such? What are you looking for in a marriage? Why do you have to create such a bond with one person? Is it to have sex without fornication? Why do we feel we "need" to get married?

How many of you married women have a boyfriend whom you have\had sex with? And how often do\did you do it?

Of course, if you don't, but know of a friend who does, well that counts.. ;)

I am just recently seperated & no longer live with my husband, but we haven't started the divorce papers yet. We lived together for 9 months out of the year. I don't want to file a joint return at the end of the year. What is my new filling status? I'm not single, because I am still legally married I dont qualify for Head of household. I dont want to file married filing seperate but it looks like thats what I fall under. Since my kids live with me, I will be the one to claim them. Any ideas?

Thanks

i've been with my man on and off since i was 17 years old (i'm 23 now) and i love him but i'm no longer in love with him. we have split up several times and hooked up with other people but we always end up back together but the last time we broke up i got to be single for a few months and i loved it, it was my first time being single since i had my son. in some ways i want him to leave but sometimes i wonder if i should keep him around just because my son loves him and because he is a good man and takes care of us but i wonder what about being in love? cause it's just not there anymore. he has asked me to marry him on several occaisions and even bought me a ring but we've been together so long it feels like we already are married and some even think we are. i know he is a good hard working man but should i keep him around or should i search for the love that i really want and need ? by the way last time i tried to leave him my family told me how stupid i was for doing it. HELP!!!!!!

If your wife cheated....which is worse? Her giving oral sex or having normal intercourse? I know both are extremely bad but which would be easier to handle if you were thinking of forgiving.

to you? It happens to me all the time when I'm working with a drill. I'm kind of a klutz with my hands. Do you do any projects for your significant other? I made my wife a gnome house for her garden.

If my husband and I get in an argument (my fault or his) he tends to get loud. We recently got in an argument at the mall and he found me cashing out and started in on me in front of the cashier and my daughter. I asked him to stop and when he finally did he just left us standing there to deal with the left over embarassment. He also gets loud at our sons baseball games, yelling at the coach and other players. I'm not one to make a scene and this really embarasses me. He won't stop because he doesn't care that it really bothers me. Any suggestions on how to get him to stop or at least see how much it bothers me?

I've noticed amongst all of our married friends, their lives tend to echo the personality of the wives. Usually the house, kids, finances, political leanings tend to match the wives. I also notice that the husbands are less likely to commit to an outside activity until they check with the wife first. Is this common or am I just in a group of friends whose wives are large personalities?

I am a divorced mom, 31, blonde, blue, tan, athletic, with one gorgeous daughter. I was married for 10 years and with my ex for 13 yrs.

I have now been divorced for a year and thought I would be well moved on with my life by now. My ex was abusive and is in prison for 15 years for strangulation and domestic battery charges.

Everyone thought I would be remarried by now because I have been told I am great. I am outgoing and funny and love to do anything outdoors and try anything new.

My problem is that every time a guy gets close to me I shut him out and find things wrong with him so i don't have to talk to him again. I feel so different inside than what everyone tells me I am.

All I want is to find someone who would love me and my daughter and not hurt us. I am sooo lonely. I have tried dating and am just to scared.

Any ideas? Live in rural so not much dating available. Internet dating failed - all I get is the weirdos that I don't trust to be around us. Please help.
