The reason I have a question is because when my dad had his 2 sons, he paid 600 for BOTH of them of month, and this was in Las Vegas. My BF is in Las Vegas and his son is in New Mexico, they go by what they both make and divide it that way, he pulls in $2120 a month, but they have it as 3640... I have no idea where they got that number.. and he has to pay 73%!!! He doesn't even get to see his son unless he flies out there, and he is paying 73%.. can someone please explain to me how this monthly payment can be lowered, I think this is nothing but robbery, any suggestions? Or are we stuck no matter what we do?

I have been with my husband since we were 16. We had a baby together when we were 17another at 19, married at 20 and had our last child at 22. I am now 28 and finding that i dont know if i really love him. He left a few days ago to go on a trip for work for 2 and a half weeks and i dont miss him at all. I like it better when he isnt home and when he is we dont really talk to each other. I have tried to keep things interesting between us but we are such different people. We have both said before that if it were not for me getting pregnant with our first child that we would not even be together.

I am in the process of dealing with a recent divorce - my husband had an affair. He was not committed enough to me or our son to deal with the problems we we having so he took the easy way out. We just needed to reconnect and spend more time with each other - typical of a ten year marriage. I know I will be better off without him but this is still new for me. We have joint custody - I miss my son. Some days are worse than others. I take one day at a time and each day is getting easier but I am a little down. Any words out there to make me feel better?

If my husband really tries his best to change himself for me, should I need to give him another chance to save our marriage? My husband’s friends and also all my family in China told me that it’s only fair for him if I give him one more chance. But what if I’m unable to love him again? I can’t return love back to him that because my feeling for him is already gone year by year and day by day since I have been tried very hard to work with our marriage for over 20 years. And now also because of my mind and my heart only have my boyfriend – the man who I love, is in Albuquerque, NM. All my family in China told me that I should stay with my husband, because they worry about my husband will kill himself again if I left him. They also worry about me since I have never been an independent woman before. They worry about that I might lost everything in my life in the end if I left my husband and also if my boyfriend will no longer stay with me because he can’t wait for me so long for my divorce matters. What a miserable situation front of me? My boyfriend said that my husband and I are co-dependence; it means that we just can’t be alone to each other. Is that true? My husband said, he can’t live without me, otherwise his life will become meaningless and of cause he evidently loves me in deeply and also because he get use to dependent me for many years (that’s’ include my son), and I always take care of them for cooking and clearing, etc. As of me, I am afraid of being along because I never try it before and I also need a man to take care of me. So, that’s why my boyfriend said, my husband and I are co-dependence. In this kind of situation, I still staying in the marriage which is so ridiculous. I’m unable to love my husband again but I still stay in our marriage. Is this right for me to stay? Please give me some strength, advice and some reasons to let me go and move on to my own life! Is this selfish if I try to find my own happiness that without take care of my son and my husband? Because my husband told me that “You can’t just live for yourself that without the responsibility for your family. If so, I already left you long time ago.” Also in Chinese traditional way, people will consider that you are selfish if you do so. Is this right for our morality?

I'm 20 years old and I live in Russia(south-east part).
It is common for a girl to get married at 16 if not less.My boyfriend(I've been with him for over 2 years) thinks it's time for me to setlle down.I'm studing biology and thought about having a career.I talked to him and told him about my goals but he,just like my family wants me to be in the house and cook and clean...
I love him but I don't think I'm ready to get married and leave my dreams behind, should I do it after all?I already told him that I could do both, taking care of the households and working...but he has plans of his own.It is hard to be different.I was thinking about moving to another country were I would have a bright future but I love my family and my country.
What should I do?
Thank you.

My parents divorced, the remarried to other people, then both divorced again. My girlfriend is worried about the statistic that children whose parents are divorced have an especially high divorce rate, and that when we get married we'll just get divorced. So my question is this: Why do "statistics" mean anything to people? If I say I can have a successful relationship becuase I really love her, whose to say I can't have that becuase my parents made a few mistakes? If you agree on me, or feel like being another person to tell me I'm wrong and will not have good relationships, please share.

I want to know if there are any women out there that were 110% convinced their husband had or is having an affair? I am in this situation right now, and despite a denial of the affair from both him and her (I asked her, too), I have alot of supporting evidence that says otherwise. My question is, did you get past it? Did you ever find the strength to trust him again? Is there hope for a marriage in this situation? I love my husband and want to forgive him and trust him again, but I question everything he does, if he's away from me, I question everywhere he's been. And I know this isnt healthy. Am I in a no win situation and delaying the inevitable? And if there is hope, what can I do or me and my husband do to get past this? We've been married for 10 years, we're both 31, and have 2 kids. It's so easy for the answer to be, "If my husband ever cheated on me, I'd walk out in a second." But when you're actually living it, its easier said than done. If any1 can relate please answer.
