It depends upon the involvement of the biological fathers... the relationship she has the babies fathers and the fathers' families...
and most importantly, the relationship you have with the 4 children.

You would not just be marrying your girlfriend; but also her kids, the drama with the fathers and the grandparents... it's like adding water, shake well, and having a very instant family. That's all what you should consider.

I have three kids from a previous relationship and my partner has 1from his and we happy as long as you love her and she loves you then do not worry about what anyone else says and I am sure she aint just after you as a father figure or feeling broody for another kiddy so do not worry ask her how she feels about you then you will know

I could last, combined families are a great thing. You have to ask yourself how you get along with her children and how her children affect your relationship with their mother... GOOD LUCK!
