Marriage & Divorce - 6 September 2006

My husband and I got married in February. We just moved into a new home out of our old state. Everything was fine. All of a sudden, he has stopped having sex with me and changed the passcode to his cellphone voicemail. My first thought was that he was cheating. But the only time he is even around another woman is a waitress when he stops to eat on his lunch break (he is in construction). I am freaking out. I don't know what is going on! I have been vomiting for 3 days from worrying. What set me off getting physically ill was that he started completely avoiding me. He stays in another room while I am awake or else he will just go to bed at 6:30 pm. Normally, he will hug me every night for a while before we go to sleep. Now when I come in there, he stays on his side of the bed. This has been going on for a week total.

I just don't know how he would have time to cheat. When? He goes to work and comes straight home.

My wifes girlfriend introduced her to a black guy and suggested they go out together. My wife asked me if it was okay and I said sure what would it hurt. I resently got back 2gether with my husband after being seperated for 1 yr. We have 2 children. 1 of them was very sick as a infant and nearly died. She was in a coma for 43 days. I got very depressed and started taking vicodin and wasn't able to do my wifely duties.He had a cocaine problem. This is one of the reasons that lead up to the seperation.After being seperated, he has done cruel things to me. He took all the money and overdrew our acct. He wouldn't give me anything to feed the kids..I worked for the bank that had the overdrawn acct. My checks were direct deposited, so I never got a paycheck. We still love each other and we decided that we owe it to our kids to try and work it out. I just found out that he has been speaking with another women and they were starting to have feelings for one another. I know he loves me and he is very nervous about splitting up again. I'm a 21 year old female who has been with my husband Tom for 4 years, and married 1 year. When we were first dating, I was only 17 and cheated on him a few times with a co-worker, but I never told Tom. We got engaged when I was 19, and married at 20. I expect pretty much all of you to give me horrible feedback over all of this... but this is the deal.....My husband and I have a wonderful relationship. We're best friends... really. He has told me in the past that because he's so young (22) it's hard for him not to fantasize about other women-- and I have no doubt in my mind that he would tell me if he had ever even gotten close to cheating, so, that's not the issue. My sister is 17 and gorgeous. I am pregnant with our third child so I am obviously not in as good of shape as she is.. but I am still attractive- I think. I weigh about 110 right now (4 months along) and I am 5'2". Anyway, that's beside the point.. my sister made a private video with her boyfriend about a month ago using our video camera. Yesterday, I found that video along with our camera (which is the only thing we can watch any of our recordings on) buried in the trunk of our car. He took it, watched it.. and now I don't know what to do. Divorce is not an option. Help

(May be in the wrong category)-----------------------------------------Since I have big nuckles and skinny fingers, the jeweler instead of sizing it, put a spring on the inside of the ring, and it expands to go over my nuckle, and then stays snug on the smallest part of my finger (my ring is heavy, so before it kept swinging backwards) Has anyone else done this? I feel like im not wearing "my" ring... cause the spring touches my finger, it pinches sometimes too. Did you like it if you did that?

My husband and I got custody of his 3 children over a year ago because the childrens mother decided to enter into relationship with an individual who had been convicted of child abuse before. My husband is in the military and we recently got orders to move to Japan. Due to this move can the children be removed and placed back into the custody of their mother? In Georgia where this is taking place, the move is considered a "material change in circumstance" to warrant a custody hearing again. Can they take them away and remove them from us and their 1/2 brother, due to my husband following his orders. Is there any protection for military members who have custody and have to PCS? Please help, losing my mind and maybe my children.

my friend finally told me why she was sad for a month.this is the background first of all: she's been married with her hubby for 5 years but since the beginning they agried not to have kids, like everyone knew about this, THEY DID NOT WANT KIDS. ok one month ago she found out she was pregnant but what she didnt understand is that shee's on the pill plus they use condoms.well after weeks of speculating and threatning to sue the place that gave her the pills, her husband confessed that he was not only puting wholes in her condoms but he also replaced her birth control pills with some useless pills{she told me that her pills werent in the packet she always ook them out and put it in her vitamin box so she can remember to take then}. she didnt have her period for a month, which was normal cause she's irregular and now hsae found out she's preg! she doesnt know if she should divorce, get an abortion or what? is this legal what the hubby did with the pills? they are seperated now.

He knows how much it hurts my feelings but he wont stop. He's 'at it' while im asleep and hides it all over the house for easy access every time he goes to the toilet or has a shower. It makes me feel so unwanted. We have sex about once every 2 months or so. Usually when he's hung over. I've given up initiating sex, no point. Whats the go? What do i do?
