The pure fact is what one person claims is everything is not much to another. For example: For many of us, we are very picky about what we eat, but according to third world countries we have "everything." I think people cheat on their mates for a couple of reasons: one is they can, and it feeds their ego for someone new and exciting to pay attention to them, the other is that they are not fulfilled in their own lives, so they think it is their mates fault so they go look for that fulfillment "out there" instead of trying to fulfill themselves. No one can fulfill another human, we must do it ourselves. I think it is a lack of self respect when someone steps out on someone. I mean can you really respect yourself if you are with another?

I don't think the majority of men cheat. Those that do cheat do because something is missing in their current relationships. They either think they won't get caught, or don't care.

Not sure, never cheated....but, I don't know any man or woman who "has everything". We are all full of imperfections, but none are so bad that a spouse should cheat.
