I've never been that serious about the whole marraige thing but the thought has crossed my mind. The only trouble is I am still single and haven't got a bf. I broke with my ex about 5 months ago. Help! Why am I even thinking I want marraige?

It has been 6 months since my husband was served, he said he is upset and wants my lawyer to change where it says i have 100% custody on the papers a nd put it saying 50/50%. He works grave yard and only visets my son 2 times a week if even that. And he says his hours change all the time and doesn't want the courts to tell him when he can see his son. He wants just us to work out a visetation thing. And i am okay with that, but will this make the devorce start all over again if the papers are wrong. I am confused ???

We were married for 3 years, divorced for 3 years and now back together. While we were divorced, he spent so much time trying to make things work between us. He got a good job, bought a house and really started to grow up. I have custody of our daughter and we decided to say good-bye to my family and friends and move 7 hours away to live with him and see if we can make it work. I am finding myself extremely unhappy and don't know if I can do this much longer. I guess what I need to know is, how do I tell him that I want to leave him again? He will be devistated!

A woman that both my husband and I know from a few years back and were friends with, along with her husband has been recently widowed (her husband died late last year) is now calling my husband on a regular basis.

It all started about 4months ago when she started working at a small cafe he went to occasionally for lunch during work. She ended up losing that job and due to money problems had to move. Feeling bad for her he has also done a few small things to help her out like replacing a bad faucet. (He does this for others too.).But since then she calls him with all kinds of excuses to get him to come over.

Last night she called, let it ring once and then hung up, then didn't answer the phone when he called back. So, he went over to see what she wanted. She said she was depressed so he invited her over to play cards with us (as he's done many times) but she refused, and I feel as if she's avoiding me. I trust my husband, that's not the issue. But what do I do about her?

when me n my husband go out with his frds he is more worried if they r comfortable & are having good fun ,especially their wives. i feel left out. we have talked about it but it hasnt helped. eg; i say i want to go rita's and his frds wife wants to go brusters. he say lets go to brusters.this is just an example but small things like this has made me very sad and depressed. he says i m making big deal out of nothing.am i?? its even spoiling our relation now.

the girl that came between me and my husband b4 we were married has started calling him again. they work for the same company but have no business together, abs no reason for her to call, what should i do? asked him vaguely about it and he acted like the only time he might ever see or talk to her is at work but i saw his call record on his phone and know that she's calling him after work. we have 9 month old twins and i dont need the added stress. please help

OK here is the deal. I have been with the same guy for 10 years. We have 4 kids to gether. We are high school sweethearts. We have been toerther since we have been 16. Last year we had aminor split and We both dated other people. Well my ex is the best guy ever. Just so sweet and loving. But I chose my bf and went back to him.
