I know it sounds dumb, but geez, my 2 have basicaly grew up with this guy on tv since they were real young. Our first thought was to not tell them, but knew it would be all over school. I heard someone on tv say it's basicaly like telling kids mickey mouse died.Kinda tough

A friend of mine just settled his divorce with joint custody of his kids, but the Mother has primary custody and makes all the desicions. He really fought hard to get primary responsibility of the kids and is disappointed he lost. The Mother is clean, doesnt do drugs or drink, but has a history of violence and assult, and was actually arrested for this. She also has a history of neglect.
Should/could he go back to court to get primary custody? Any fathers out there who have done this in won?

Me and my husband are currently separated and going to be filing for divorce. We have agreed on the amount of childsupport that works for him and allows him to live and helps me me out. The paerwork for court says he would pay 280 a week but we agreed on 150 a week. I there a sample letter or template we can follow to write up our own agreement??

I am a 20 yr old girl and have been with my bf for four yrs. We're both mature, responsible and self-sufficient. We would like to get married after I graduate (he graduated two years ago and has had a great job ever since) as we live 1,400 miles apart and I refuse to premaritally cohabitate. However, our family and friends have expressed horror at the idea. "What's the rush?" and "You're so YOUNG, don't throw your lives away!" are the most common responses.

I understand as a society, statistics dictate that we are moving away from the "50's style" marriage (married by mid-20s, traditional gender roles, small chance of divorce) and increasingly towards a stage in history where marriage may become obsolete. The average "marriage" now lasts 7 years - divorce is the normal, natural progression instead of a last resort.

However, we share common goals, values, love eachother deeply, and have given this LOTS of thought, yet NO ONE thinks this is a good idea. What do you think?

I love my husband but I am hurt and confused ...Married 12 yrs. second for me first for him.He tells me often that he loves me,we hold hands often when driving somewhere,he kisses me (never more tan a light peck on the lips)he calles me daily 2 times from work . we get along most of the time,we never have sex,it has been 7 + years,I am telling you the truth,I ask him why ,he says he dosent know or he is just tired and out of shape,he says we will,let it just happen,things will get better,etc.I have heard so many reasons....He does not cheat ,I am absolutly positive,not gay ,positive,Is it possible for a man to never have to ....well you know...have an orgasm?like when he sleeps if he is not sexually active for some time?I thought it builds up and just happens to a guy in his sleep.as far as I can tell it does not happen to him.I just don't understand why he never has that desire,I am kind to him and offer myself only to be rejected ,how can I cope.what would u do?I am so sad,confused.

I have a male friend, that we will name Steven. Steven is a married man that wanted to explore his options. He asked his wife to have a threesome with a female coworker of his that he knew was Bisexual. After the threesome, the coworker said she only wanted to be friends. BUT, then Steven and the coworker began having sex behind Stevens wives back. Now the coworker thinks she is pregnant. My husband walked out on me and our two young children. His mom and sister accused me of doing something that I absolutly did not do. They use me as their scapegoat and door mat. They gave him an ultimatium,either he leaves me or they don't have nothing to do with him. I understand if he loved me he would stand up for me, and would have not left. He would have called his children, or seen them if he really cared about them. Yet, he left them to the dust too. His actions have proved to me that he never loved us, not even after six years of being with one another. Why is it that his controlling mother and sister are more important then his family with his wife and children? How can I get over this? I am in process of divorce, but love him and miss him deaply.

We broke up several times, and always the same thing happened. Now he seems to be doing right, he loves the kids, is responsible, but I am not in love anymore. I have forgiven him but he is not what I want anymore.

I have been married for over 12yrs my husand and I both decided we were not met to be parents. Now when people find out we do not have children by choice, they thing we are not normal. Or they say that I am not a real women unless I have children, or they want to know why I don't have any. Should I feel abnormal because we decided not to have children?

Nevada divorce-if both parties agree and sign papers how long does it take for the divorce to be final. If the papers have to be served on one party how long before divorce is final if it is not contested.

I am at my wits end. I have a wife who cannot appreciate anything and is as cold as a dead fish. It does not matter what I do, to list...
I bought her the house she had to have, she begged that she would keep it immaculate, that does not happen. She hated her job.. I bought ehr a restaurant and within 6 months she wanted out of that. I forced her to stay with it for 3.5 years. Wanted to recoup my initial investment. I then bought another restaurant and combined them both so I could get a better selling price. Now she whines she has no money. She contributes absolutely nothing to any of the bills just blows what she makes. Our child has to be in everything under the sun, no cost spared. I am treated as an idiot most of the time and she is always too stressed out for anything. She personally made more money last year than any year before and ended up in debt more than she has ever had before. I need out . I cannot continue to have the life sucked out of me to get nowhere.Help!!!

They choose to have a kid against a guy's will and interest and then expect him to pay for their choice. All they want is the free ride. Where is the guys rights? Let them pay for their choice. If I adopted a child, I'd pay to raise it. The same should be true for their choice. Screw 'em. It is fraud and theft by deception.

This is long,so I may have to break it down.Hubby 25,I am 23,no kids..together 6 1/2 years,married 3.I work full time,at a minwage job,cuz I havent been able to find anything else.. hubby worked 50 hours a week and makes good money.
My hubby has a bad habit of buying tons of vehicles,that we dont need..then telling me its none of my dam biz,cuz he is paying for it!We have almost no money saved up,and if hhe lost his job,we'd be in a bind,bad!He throws it up that he makes a ton more money.Yet,we live by his parents on their land(supposed to be here 3 months,been here 3 years now)he dont keep any money in a checking acct.anything we have in our acct is my paycheck.He does pay all the bills,except my car and cell bill.I dont know what to do?I have told ask him to save,and begged,w/no avail?Talking doesnt work,he tells me not to worry about it that itsHIS money,he didnt have a deprived childhood..or a poor one.His parents have money in the bank,and arent like this?Ive done all I know to?
