apparently your hubby has your kids?

why would you not want your kids to benefit from your increased income?

Does it take a fricken law to do the right thing??

the very best answer you can receive to this question will be from the Texas Attorney Generals Dept.(child support )look in your area phone book and locate an office near you, call and make an appointment. dress well, be on time and by all means be polite and nice. these ladies and a few men are all attorneys. if you are in large city like San Antonio there are more than three locations. the service they provide to you is always FREE good fortune to you and don't ride camels whodad

No. My husband's ex tried that. They only looked at his income. The only way they would look at the spouses' income is if you don't have an income. You need to talk to the Texas Attorney General. They will answer any questions you may have.

Yes. Either spouse can go ask the court for anything they want to ask for.

Whether the court grants the motion depends on the court's view of the situation.

Sorta like, you can ask for whatever you want...sometimes the answer is yes, and sometimes the answer is no.
