I gave my husband just about everything including the house and dogs and just took the money I won in a lawsuit. He agreed to file taxes with me one more time so I could get back the money I paid out on taxes that he had no part in paying. Now it looks like he might get remarried before the end of the year and I will not get my money back. What do I do, can I appeal my divorce to get this money back?

I have been married for 14 years and our marriage has been sex starved for just about the whole time. I was always the one the one to initiate it and many times got rejected. I don't initiate anymore for the fear of being rejected, it hurts. I have talked, cried, and asked to get help, but my husband won't budge. He acts like it 's all in my head. I am 36 yrs. old and have never cheated, but I don't want to wake up one day at 50 and regretting life. We have talked about having children, but I don't see that happening. Any advice?

My husband got a great new job but unfortunately it requires him to be near the job site - two hours away. He committed to coming home on Wednesdays to break up the week. So far he has cancelled out 4 out of 5 weeks. And he cancels at about 5:30 p.m., rather than calling me early on in the day. How should I handle this?

We have a 10 month old and I hate to see her missing daddy time, and I am really struggling with this. His last job was just 7 minutes from our house. I am so sad, help!

My husband of eight years has hinted about wanting to explore the swinging lifestyle. I thought at first he was joking but he is not. I am not comfortable with that. I have fantasized about other men and women, but thats all fantasy. I dont know exactly what to say to him right now. I am hurt and angry ! Men please give me the reason why men cant be happy with just one woman.Ladies dont hold back, tell me exactly how you would react to this situation.

My "soon to be ex" wife (of 32 years) wants to hire a $2,000 lawyer to "walk us through the divorce." We are doing an uncontested divorce and are not arguing about any of the divided belongings. She is just afraid we will do something wrong.
From everything I read, a Simplified Dissolutionment in Florida is simple if everyone agrees.
Should I pay half of the lawyer's fee if I don't want to use one?

I live in CA and my ex in AZ. I haven't recieved child support from him at all due to that he is working under another name. Can I send him to court or is my case considered closed due to that he can prove he makes no income? I just don't wan to give up and let him sit on his a** and don't help me at all. Does anybody know what next step I can take here in CA?

I asked a guy at work if a man he knows there was single-the guy wouldn't give me a straight answer so of course I know now that he is married--I think he told the man I am interested in that I had asked about him (I know- its like high school again-god) I think at work Friday this married man may come up to me to talk-- we have been checking each other out for awhile- how do I handle this well- I want to say something like- "your hot and I wanted to ask you out but your married so forget it...".how do I keep it light and not awkward-- plus I know I'll be nervous as hell-so I can face him at work every day without wanting to hide -- what should I say to my crush that wont hurt him or humiliate me?

But he wasnt he was my 2sd. yeah I lied, but now he wont let it go he throws in my face that I am a liar and he can't believe anything I say or have said cause I lied to him for so long! I feel bad about it! I dont know how he found out! I didnt really like the guy in the first place and shouldnt have done anythikng with him! I can see how my hubby is angry, but how can I get him to stop talkin about it? and quit callin me a liar about everything else? not sure what to do! I feel awful and told him i am very sorry! The way he acts you would think i had cheated on him! (which I didnt)

shouldn't live together anymore and kicked you out, would you still date her? I kicked my boyfriend out because he hasn't proposed in 3 years and I am no longer content with our stagnant relationship. He wanted to continue to live with me but not commit. Also, I've had many talks with him about my feelings. We went out to look at engagement rings 2 weeks ago, only for him to say, 1 week later, he did it because I pressured him! Who's right, here? Where do I go from here? Serious replies only. Thank you.
