Yes you can date someone who is legally seperated. Just be prepared for some drama. How long has the person been seperated? Are you the cause?

Yes, you just have to take it slow. The seperation is not always just one person's fault. Marriage's fall apart all the time. I do agree that the Divorce should be filed before you totally get involved with someone else.

Yes, but why would you want to? You are just walking into their drama, especially if the divorce hasn't been filed for yet. There are too many things that could happen and you could end up losing your heart in this. I'd wait until I knew for sure that it was totally over.

You can but it wouldn't be the smart thing to do. They have the option to file for divorce but haven't. You need to ask why before you get emotionally involved. Why put yourself in a position to get your heart broke. Good luck!

Yes you can see them, not marry them of course but you may want to wait until it's official, they may tell you it's ok but it's really not. They need to get officially divorced so they can move on to the next phase of their life in their mind.
