My wife is not a US Citizen. She got 2 year conditional permanent residency via marriage to me in her home country (14 months ago). She is now leaving back for her home country and refusing to sign a separation agreement. She may or may not come back. The US Embassy recognizes our marriage as legal (I sponsored her for immigration as my wife). We never filed taxes together, our state of residency is New York. I've been a resident for a while, she has been here less than 12 months. If she abandons without signing an agreement and cannot be tracked down, what does it mean for me, and what actions can I take to divorce?

I'm about 2 weeks away from the proposal. She was married real young out of high school, married until about 23, and was divorced about 6 years ago. We love each other very much. But she still talks about once a month with her ex-husband. Should i be concerned about this? They never had children so there is no reason to continue this relationship with him in my opinion. She claims they are still friends, even though they dont hang out. I dont know if i should be wary of this or if I am just being crazy, but it bothers me a bit. What should i do?

My wife and I haven't had sex in over 3 months due to some relationship problems, etc. The storm has passed but we still aren't having sex. My wife claims that she does not masterbate, that she just doesn't think about sex because she's so stressed out from work and our relationship. I am "fighting" or, more not speaking to my husband at the moment...he´s going through a lot right now, and I feel either in the way, or just like I´m not an equal to him at all, I don´t really know what he wants out of our relationship anymore, he´s really double-minded I think, one day he wants this and one day he wants that....it´s really hard to be around him at times, and I never really get any of my own space, (yes we have children too that needs looking after) but I´m just going mental, more and more each day...have none of my own relations here, days go by without even talking to another adult...that´s why I´m kinda depending on my husband a lot, I just need to feel sane...he feels I´m too much I think and I´m trying my best, but there is also so many other things going on in OUR realtionship, I don´t exactly know where we stand....I know we need to work at it, that´s the "simple" thing about it all, Any advice anyone?

I found out my hubby was cheating on me with someone tlkd him said nothing happened cause he has just met her and she lives 3 hours away he met her when he went to see a friend of his He said its was a 1 day thing all they were doing now was talking on the phone said he was sorry for everything wants me to forgive him and move on The thing is he does not want to tlk about it he wants to pretend it never happened but its hurting me pretty bad he also told me he wont call her again the i found call from her and him call her he denied it and i showed him the call he lied to me also about not kissing her but he did i dont know what to do I cant trust him anymore cause he is lying to me he said he did not tell me about the kiss cause he knew it will only hurt me The thing is i dont know what else he is keeping from me cause it might hurt me.I cant kiss him now cause i think of him kissing her I love him and I am willing to forgive but i cant get the other woman out of my head please help me
