If guilt feeling is bothering you, you may tell his wife but there are risks that you should consider when you do that. You may lose your job, you may break a family, or you may be held liable if the wife has health problems such as high blood pressure or heart disease which may be affected when she learns about her husband's philandering.

For me, if you do not know her health condition at the moment, don't attempt to tell her to save yourself from any trouble later on. After all, it should be her husband and his other woman who should feel guilty about the whole situation.

Your concern may help but it also may not. So what's the use of trying to show your concern when some negative things may come out of it. Besides, are you sure that the wife doesn't know about it? If you are, to just keep quiet about it may prove to be your wise decision.

If you are doing your job, and the affair is not with you, I would keep my nose to the grindstone and mind my own business.

If you are good friends with the boss's wife, and you can afford to loss you job, sure go ahead and tell. But if you do this, but had better be right. For their sake and yours.

No. Stay out of it. Unless the wife is a close friend or family member, you're better off just doing your job and not getting mixed up in social/private affairs.

You should look at it this way, let's say,(hypothetically) that it was the other way around. (If you are married) That your boss had seen you having the affair! Would you want him to tell your husband that you were cheating on him or would you expect him to mind his own business because it is none of his concern! I know which one I would want him to do!
Why don't you stop and open up your eyes, and answer your own question!

No, You don't know for sure that he is. For all you know the Wife may already know and approve. It's not really any of your biz.
Look at it this way you go and tell the wife that he's cheating and come to find out he's not that's gonna make for strained work relations. Even if he is cheating and you run and tell her then your opening yourself up for all kinds of trouble.
I believe this is a case For see no evil, hear no no evil and, speak no evil.

No do not tell her!! What if they are not having an affair..can you imagine the mess that would create. If they are having an affair....the truth will eventually come out. Be careful and hold your tongue. The tongue is a sword and it hurts. Believe me I know its hard to see things that are immoral/dishonest, unless its affecting you personally...its none of your business.....try to look away. Good Luck!!

Well adultery is so wrong !!! You say .... you think ..... you are not sure about your boss. You really need to be really sure about your boss before you do anything. You need to think hard of the consequences before you do anything and get your facts right before you act on anything. If you know you are doing something right , you have a lot of courage to do that something.

Stay out of it..... if it has nothing to do with you leave matters alone.
Also getting involved will cause you to lose your job, and if by some chance you are allowed to keep this job it will be a sticky situation to have to walk into on a daily basis....boss here on left and co-worker there on right, then there's YOU IN THE MIDDLE. ( Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil) !!!!!

Good Luck

Standard answer is no. Don't stick your nose into other people's business. However if you have a personal relationship with his wife then you may express concern as a friend.
