(Or: previous question rephrased.)

Why not just live together instead of wasting your time and breath saying pledges you're not going to keep? Why get so excited when the man you've been living with for the past two years finally asked you to marry him? And so on and so forth.

For 3 years Ive been dating a man whos 37, I'm 23 (yes, I know BIG difference) but before this could move ahead to marriage, theres something sort of bothering me. He cant keep his hands off of me alot of the time. I mean for instance if I'm laying on his loveseat, he'll come over & lay with me (which I dont mind) but then he always tries to take it farther, he'll start going up my shirt, grabbing my chest, trying to unbutton my pants, etc. I get really sick of this constant behavior. When I get annoyed & tell him so, he says "I cant help it, I have a young sexy girlfriend", but then minutes later returns to the same behavior. He's not lacking in the sex department, we do it about 4 times a week. Im not a prude but Im sick of being treated like a piece of a**, I have much more to offer. So my question is, is he a typical man or does he not respect me? Thank you for your input, I dont want to wind up with someone just on the basis of sex!

DO YOU HURT US ON PURPOSE AND WHEN YOU KNOW YOU HAVE US YOU KEEP UP THE HURT EVEN IF IT IS JUST TO PUT US DOWN EVEN FURTHER THEN WE ALREADY ARE. AND WHEN WE START TO GET BACK UP AND GET HOPE, YOU KNOCK US DOWN AGAIN. IS THIS ON PURPOSE. Answer honestly. if you know you have someone at your feet, do you like to see them that way. And until they get up and wont let you put them down, youll bend

We are both in t wo different states and talk on the phone everyday. Recently he has post poned our wedding due to our way of communicating ( i.e. arguing). Will we survive?

I posted the details about my cheating wife earlier (just emigrated to NZ etc) she went off with a bloke at work (a bloke is a male human for those of you that live in North America). She is seeing this guy in her office but I know that they are trying to keep it quiet. All our friends and family are on my side; I want to keep it that way. Is it a good idea to try and get some form of revenge, or shall I just let it go, ignore her, get my life back on track and walk away smelling of roses?? I could make their life very awkward, but then again how many office rebound affairs turn into good solid relationships - she has lost all her friends, if it goes wrong with this new chap she has nothing left at all. Revenge or walk away??? Thoughts??

Ive recently went through a difficult divorce last week, something my ex wife was begging for. She stated to court that she knows Im a good person, but she doesnt believe we can communicate.

Yesterday night, I saw her at a local night club with her friends. I think she had the option to leave as soon as she saw me, but she still stayed. I mean, there was definately no eye contact, but if someone got a divorce just to get rid of the person you definately wouldnt want to see him right infront of you on your fun night out, would you? Her friends were having fun, flirting and fooling around with some guys, but she was just minding her own business and was disregarding any guy approaching her. And lastly, what could be a great coincidence, is that when I decided to leave the place, they left right behind me a few minutes later.

I do admit that I still love her to bits, and Ill always want the best for her and to protect her from any harm. Do you think I should let her know that atleast?

Jealousy sometimes is the root cause for couples who argues, inflicts physical pain, or verbally abuse and emotionally abuse the other partner.

or would you get divorced in hopes of a happy life? Keep in mind we have tried counseling and everything like that. I am not asking for anyone to say "this is not the question you ask perfect strangers".. I am almost positive on what I am going to do I am just wondering what others would do in this situation!

It's about who gets cheating on more, married or dating people... And whether beening married keeps you commited.
