how can i catch my cheating husband?

well i recently found out that my husband cheats on me with any one he can convince too.

First off, start to "secretly" keep track of his activities. Look for activities that are "unusual". For example, does he go out a lot to places he hasn't gone before. Second, does he tend to make a lot of excuses?
Another thing you can do is go on the internet and look for sperm kits. They're not overly expensive. When he comes home from a "suspicious" night, and he changes clothes, somehow sneak his underwear out and hide it. Test his underwear using this kit. This kit will find traces of sperm and the fluid will turn a different color. This will give you evidence, not proof. For example, if he says he's going to a baseball game or something, but you find sperm traces in his underwear, this is evidence. Don't confront him just yet. You need proof or catch him in the act.
IF you get evidence, you have "probable cause".
Now, the next thing you can do is hire a private investigator. When your husband tells you he's going somewhere, call the PI and he/she will follow your husband and take pictures. If he cheats, the PI will find out.
IF incriminating pictures are taken, THEN you have proof.
All other stuff is just evidence. If you confront him after a sperm trace, he can always say he masterbated and you can't prove it.

1. Follow him, in a wig and borrow another car...
2. Chk his credit card, emails, and invest in caller ID..
3. go over the passengers seat with stickytape (to pick up stray hair)
4. invest in a private investigator (can be$$$)
5. get to know the 'other woman' (women) she often doesn't know he's married!!
6. always talk to the Ex's they left for a good reason,
he wants u to be scared of the 'old wife/girlfriend' etc...

The past three women that I've talked to about this caught their husband by the cell phone bill alone.

Request the cell bill with the numbers or log on into your account online. Look for a number(s) that repeat over and over again. *86 the number (when you call it doesn't show your number) and see if it is a woman, business, etc. Chances are is that you'll know her. When he says he working late or going out with friends go to hotspots on the town and places where you'd never go...or...get him a new cell phone with GPS and have the GPS turned on. You can call the cell co. and tell them you've lost the phone and need to locate it and they can tell you the exact location (look into Nextel).

Or...take his phone (by accident of course!) and see throughout the day if he gets any calls, but don't answer, to see if he gets any voicemails or text messages.

If you're trying to catch him in the act for legal reasons Hire a professional. If you just WANT to catch him; give up and leave you already know what's going on. Don't hurt yourself more by adding salt to an open wound. Walk away with your dignity!

I think the question you might want to think about is what would you do once you caught him. Do you want proof because you aren't sure, or are you just looking to catch him so he can't deny it? Are you planning to stay with him and want to use this leverage to get him to stop?

If you are leaving him anyway, it's probably wasted energy to try and catch him when you could be concentrating on how to make a clean break without a lot of financial problems or losing your stuff.

Tell him that you are leaving town for 3 or 4 days to get away from all the crap. Then, rent you a hotel or something near by and he will bring his mistress into the house. Keep a eye on the house and wait for him to bring her in there and then take a picture of them. You can use the pictures in a divorce.

Well the best thing to do is to follow him when he says he his going out. Ask him if you can go. If he says no then you know he is up to something. Go rent or borrow a car from a good neighbor then follow him where he goes. But if he goes into a building you would need to decise yourself so he want know it is you. Then once you find out then ask him about it and just keep on bugging him then he will finally come out with it.

It depends. How is he communicating with these women? E-mail, internet. That's easy just get the Keysleuth Program and record his every keystroke. If its on his home phone, get a device that records everytime the phone is picked up. Cell phone, check his phone calls either on the paper statement, or the one they provide online. Or follow his cheatin' behind. Bring a camera, phone w/camera, camcorder. Check the bank statement for hotel charges on his bank or credit card. Just be nosy and nab him!
