Friends - October 2007

so yesterday i was walking down the hall when a friend from church comes out of class with a red face and tears rolling down her face. her "friends" are in a tight circle by the lockers and they expected her to come to them but she came straight to me. she wrapped her arms around me and just cried and i found out it was because she was failing a class and athletic elidgiblity went out the next day. I talked to her and calmed her down and she said you are a true blue friend. she hugged me and walked away. What does this mean? HELP!

First of all, let me go ahead and say this girl isn't gay or anything like that. She told me she really loves this boy that she knows. Ok, when me and her stopped talking(for no reason) she would always stare at me. She didn't do that when we were talking, but she did when we weren't. She'd stare at me as long as she could, then I'd catch her, and she'd either blush and look away or bite her lip. Then we started talking again, and she ignored me for a few weeks, but now she gets to where she's starting to look at me again. She'd be too scared to look at me when we started talking again in person, because we only talked on messenger. One time she said hey, and looked at me for a sec, then smiled and blushed and looked down. We were taking pictures, and I noticed she kept looking up at me even though she was a few rows below me.

I met a neighbour last year and her son hung around with my son, me and her son were talking and he said that his mum needed a good friend, so the next time i seen her i asked her in for a cuppa, she agreed, we got on like a house on fire, and everything was rosy, she was coming over everyday, eating here, her and her son, (im disabled) and she said that she wouldnt helping me, by doing housework because my daughter was at college all day, i offered to pay her and she refused, so i said that i would feed her everyday and that is how i would pay her for the work that she was doing.
We had a birthday party for my other son, and I seen another side of her, she had a few drinks and the I heard her life story, after that every time she had a drink thats the only thing that would be talked about, she went very possesive, telling me when i could go out and when i couldnt, also she went very weird with my daughter evrytime we talked she would butt in, if we had a disagreement she would butt

There is no way to say this w.o. anyone freaking. My young friend (16) and husband's best friend (24) are dating. About 10/11 months now. They met each other thru us (no intention of them ever dating PERIOD!). She is my best friend's sister. I never approved of it but hoping it wouldn't last. She always believed to be a virgin till marriage. Well he has changed her. She is very outspoken now and more confident. Well I found out 3 weeks ago they started to have sex back in July. I COMPLETELY FREAKED! I see her as my little sister. And since her real sister never steps in to guide her. I told her I feel that she is going through this all the wrong way and it makes me feel like I am loosing a little respect for her for hiding this and completely doing opposite as she has always said (hypocrite?). Well of course she resents me the typical teenager reaction. BUT I LOVE HIM & NOT EVERYONE REGRETS THEIR VIRGINITY!!! All I have to say IS PLEASE! Now she is completely avoiding me. Was I wrong?

I like to wear silky night slips that are spagetti strap and about the length on ones fingertips above the knee. is that to prevocitive or inapporpriate when there are other people staying in the room i cant stand wearing heavy and alot of clothes when i sleep? the people we are staying with are a male and female from my husbands band and we good freinds with them. Its a lame question but would this be appropriate sleep ware?

For the last month or so I haven't really found/done anything that's made me that happy! I'm not really bored, it's just things I used to like to do no longer intrest/amuze me! (hell, i haven't even watched anything on t.v. for close to 3 months now!)
All I do is sit in my room and read depressing books, and my best friends are the crickets in here!
So what do you like to do to make yourself happy? I just wanna' know!

Whenever I am around my married friends, they are always talking about how their husband(s) give them expensive gifts on special occasions like diamond rings and going away to spa getaway weekends. I'm so sick and tired of them shoving their money and material belongings in my face and making me feel bad. My husband does things for me too, but we're on a budget and can't afford to throw couple of hundred dollars here and there. Ugh... it's just so frustrating! What should I do?

I live with friends who are very good to me but one of them is very selfish. He can put you in any kind of problem for his own benefit; specially when it is monetary matter. He won't spend a penny for you but would like that you spend all for him. I am unable to speak to him on these matters neither my other friends and I come n a tough situation when he says I have forgotten money in mid market and you have to help him out. I am also in difficulty due to my nature. We can't change mess as it is tough to get rooms here.He too is caring but this problem exists with him.

ok now i've been his best friend forever and now we live further apart like a mile or somethin. we've had our problems when we were little and now again. he says im acting stupid when we act like that when he spends the night and stuff. i was just messing with him on myspace cause i was bored and yet he's getting pissed. we haven't called each other in a few days and he's pissing me off but i don't wanna lose him cause he's my best friend. when i say something serious like something about out friendship then he says some stuff like "i know you may be gay but im not like that" he pisses me off. and this is all on myspace. he's really changed over time though cause he's plays like runescape and diablo 2 a lot, i quit those games a while back. he cusses now, but only on computer and stuff. what do i do?

Today I do not play any more, a little tired to give the exchange…. that made more than 10 months that I do not operate any more, nearly 6 months that I do not play golf any more and does not practice any more any sport, nearly 4 months that I do not have any more any hair, nearly 4 months also that my skin is burned, nearly one year that I fight against a dirtiness of cancer which (irony of the fate!) falls within the competence of my speciality….Then after the surgery, the chimio and the radiotherapy, the forecast, have there a long time that I did made it… that a few months that I am with you, I spent a few good moments there… And perhaps that it allowed me to last a little more… is opened, more cools as, benefits all from the life, it is worse more as ever… I embrace of all my heart those and those which will be recognized. Tomorrow I return in palliative care… bye, I hope that there is god up there....

Ok...so a while ago was Homecoming...and I liked/like a guy.
So I decided to be stupid and write him a note asking if he was going with anybody and if not...if he wanted to go with me...
That was a huge mistake! Some how all my friends got involved....and one of my friends some how got him to think that she was the one wanting to go with him...because she kept asking him questions for me.....after being a little freaked out...i ended up giving him the note...and he said he had a girlfriend in another school....so Sep. 23, 07 was Homecoming....and its now Oct. 4, 07....In class at school today, he was really upset about something...and then in Robotics (after school thing...buld robots...etc...) He started actually talking to me! But instead of being nice...he starts kinda yelling at me...if i did something wrong (in his view) or what ever...he would just snap at me!...
Everybody I told this thinks he likes me......Do you think so??

well i get annoying..i dont like being quite i am the loud type..i want ppl to stop hating me for dat..i act the way i am..&& cuz of dat alot of guys think im annoying..i am quite and normal sometimes..but they think im so annoying..mah friends get much annoying && they dont tell them stuff..im in high school i am a fishy(freshman) am 15..the problem is dat every class i go to there is like 2 or 1 kid dat cant stand me..i have a tongue piercing and three star tattoo in my leg..&& they think i am a lesbian..im am straight && they dont get it..i love colorful stuff && they also dont get that..i wish a bomb fall on them,&& they could die n leave me da "f" alone....everything i do i feel like there is always someone dat need to tell me stuff even my family..wat can i do??

many a subject . . but he/or she pretend it is not so . . yet it manifests itself everytime you get in touch with one another, in some form or another, what would you do?
How would you treat this covert manouver from the covert grudge holder?
If you have no grudge for this person and have assured him so, what would you decide to do, in order not to fall for his actions of friendliness which are false, but done anyway to keep you a hostage to a very unfair and tiresome situation?

Having some friends coming to stay with me tomorrow night. I rang them last night to say I had been to the supermarket and had bought food and would have dinner for them when they arrive. She has just texted me to say she is going to to make dinner and bring it with them and for me to do nothing. When I go to stay with her, she always makes dinner and I feel it right for me to make dinner when I have friends stay. This is not the first time she has done this and I'm starting to think that she doesnt like my cooking or something. She knew I had gone and bought stuff which will probably now go to waste. I'm feeling a bit cross about this now - why the hell do I bother ?! On top of this, I wanted another friend and my parents to join us for dinner - I cant do that now as I can hardly say to her 'ok - can you make enough to feed 3 more people?'

Why do you think she does this?
