Well, why doesn't he think you love him? Usually we can tell that people love us by the way they treat us and the things that they say to us. Do you behave in a loving way toward him? Have you told him that you love him? If not, maybe that's what you need to do next.

make a gesture that shows how much you love him surprise him. show up at his house randomly when u know hes home just to tell him u love him kiss him and leave. he'll know then

tell him guys tend to answer wen u do that or...start a random conversation and u no bring up dating and stuff....then ask him"do u like me"
