I really want to move out. My Mom however won't let me. 2 months ago she got into this accident that could have killed her. She never listens to a word I say, I'm hurt and annoyed!! I feel like I can only count on my Aunt and Uncle for advise and help. Should I move in with them instead??

Which I'm pretty sure is a bad thing, she has a lot of friends on myspace, most of them she never met. She is very famous at the local shopping center and is always surrounded by people. She goes out partying a lot too, and I can't even keep up with her friends. She is barely 16 and she hangs out with college students. I know she drinks, and I'm pretty sure she's having sex, and this is not the lifestyle I really want her to have. She's never home and half the time I don't know she's alive. She never answers her phone when I call her, and when I punish her she just sneaks out and ignores me. I don't know if she's going to school, or just ditching, and it's really bothering me. Her father won't even do anything about it, because "he trust her" but I don't. I want her to act like a respectful young lady. How can I get her to stop Myspace-ing, stop partying, stop drinking, and get her to listen to me? I'm quite worry about her because I over heard her talking about a stalker.

Even when he's wrong, he acts like he's right. He can say whatever he wants about me and my personality flaws, but when I do the same, he won't listen.

Not too long ago, my parents wanted to go to Walmart and they had to leave quickly because the photocenter was going to close soon. I was planning to come, but I wasn't ready, and usually it takes me forever to get ready (I'm a chick, lol) and I knew how impatient they were about wanting to wait for me, I told them to go ahead anyway because I knew they didn't want to wait for me. I was actually, looking back on it, being considerate that I wasn't letting them hold up on waiting for me otherwise the photocenter would have closed.

So when I told them I shouldn't go, my dad said "Oh, she probably just wants to stick on the computer all day" (in an insulting tone) and I explained to him and told him that he was wrong and I told him the real reason of why I couldn't go (it would take to long for me to get ready)

My son, who is 12, does not want to go to his dad's anymore. The man is so mean, controlling, obscene and smokes pot in the house. My son is terrified to tell him that he does not want to be there because his dad is emotionally abusive and scary! He already kicked his own daughter out of the house and she moved in with me. This is HIS daughter!!!!

Are there any legal ramifications? My son is of age...I think. Can he just say he doesn't want to go or will his dad have the right to force the court order on him? I can't see law enforcement making a 12 year old boy go to his dad. But I want the facts before we go forth. Thank you in advance.

okay.
here it is...

so my dads in the hospital cause he had a stroke. hes getting better and hes in rehab now. i have a 10 year oldyounger brother , im 13. my moms obviously stressed out about everything. and we are going down heavily mentally, physically, and financially. i try to please my mom every way that i can. but everything that comes out of my mouth seems to blow her off. literally. she throws things and rants about how im such a bad sister, and a bad person. like if i say 'frigen' to my brother she throws a tantrum. i know its hard on her so im trying to be understanding. i barely told any of my friends cause they dont really have the experience. i just thought to put it up on here , where i dont even know you ppl would help lift me up. right now im bawling my eyes out cause my mom gave me an 'emotional' lecture on EVERYTHING. when i went into my room and locked the door, she said dont lock your door, i said why, and she said so i can come (extended)

We know my sister only has one dealer and would like to get the dealer put away so we can get my sister on the right path. She has a 5 year old daughter and is really on a downward spiral with this junk. She has los lots of weight and has huge bags under her eyes. We confronted her a few months back and she still says she isnt using. But we are constantly finding pills and other things in her house so we flush it down but she keeps buying from the dealer. I would like to know the best way and the fastest way to get this person put away and get my sister back. Thanks in advance for any advice.

It's now 2 am and he wont sleep and I have to be up early so i can't stay up the whole night. He's really upset he's only 9 about seeing our dad watching something he didn't expect to see his dad watching. I'd known he had cd's so I'm not really upset by it so I don't want to push him into keeping a secret and saying it's fine, cause if it's fine he wouldnt be upset. I'm only 16 and i just don't know how to go about talking to him as quietly as possible since our dad is in the next room. Also our mum is away on holiday for christmas so speaking to her is kinda out of the question for now.

My parents are seriously psychotic
I'm 19 yrs old (20 in 2 months) and have dated my boyfriend for the past 3 and a half yrs.
They still make me ask when I can go and see him, usually say no, and hate his guts because sometimes when I haven't seen him in weeks I will sneak out of the house to see him.
They blame him for picking me up when I sneak out of the house. I have no car and no license b/c they won't allow me 2.
He has been more than nice 2 them, done food shopping and errands for them among other things
I asked to see him 2night and they said no, and said that if I try to sneak out of the house they are going to call the police.
I have never done anything bad in my life no drugs, crazy partying, etc.
They have NO reason to treat me this way, we were going to go to his house to play guitar hero.
This situation is getting worse and worse, what can I do about it?

Are Angels real? Many people would say Yes because it says so in the bible etc.

I am almost 100% convinced my Fiancee is one! Why, because everything I have read about them with the way they are with always helping people, having the right answer for everything, being so honest, truthful and loving and reading my mind (good and bad). That's just for starters!

When I jokingly asked her if she was one, she just smiled and said she couldn't say! The sort of look she gave me was "yes, but you're not supposed to know"!

I am a normal level headed guy with a good job and a Police trained background. So I am no nutter but I wanted to get your thoughts on this!

Are Angels real and how can you find out for sure?

My sister is an alcoholic. Her alcoholism has cost her her marriage her job and the custody of her children. I get along great with her kids step mother and I actually prefer the step mother company than my sister's. The problem is that she comes to the family functions and always feels the need to bring up past issues up in front of my other sisters and brothers signifacte others that will embrass us. When we watch movies she cant seem to shut up and when you do call her on her lies she plays the victim. Her children want nothing to do with her. She lies to my parent and takes advantage of their generosity. Fails to pay her bills on time and lets my parents pick up the tab. She is 34 years old. It wasnt until her husband left her in 2006 that we even knew she had a problem with alcohol. We all have gone out of way to help her stay sober but she continues to drink and bring drama to our family. I'm at the point where I have anxiety when I know she is going 2 b around.

to move out. She has a boyfriend and their joined at the hip. The only thing forbid is not allowing her to have her boyfriend spend the night. They share this new car. Because of this we drive her to work everyday as her boyfriend needs the car for his job. My wife has no intention of having her move out and does not even support me with asking for $100.00 a month to help out with expenses. I believe if she can afford a new car payment she can certainly pay for some room and board. My wife thinks its mean of me to do this. She had an opportunity to go to college but turned it down to work at a pizza place. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have made it extremely clear to them via a letter that I do not want contact them until they seek counseling for their dysfunctional and abusive behavior. However, they continue to use my brother as a messenger. I am to the point of cutting him off as well because he doesn't feel the same way I do. They left me a gift with him. Do I just reject it all together? The gift a pathetic attempt to control me AGAIN. Do I just ignore it or how should I handle their latest game?

And my sister Joleen and I always tease each other--in a good way, of course...... And I taught my brother to pray, "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, who's the fastest gets the most. Amen."

Now just last yr we gave her a b-day dinner and she brought the ex wives mother to my house as her guest and once again when I told my husband that she should not have done that he told me I needed to get over it and stop being childish. Now she has a relationship with the ex and I dont have a problem with that but do u think she has to broadcast it in my face!!! Oh did I mention that the ex wifes pictures are all around her house and my wedding pic is under her and my husbands pic... help
