How old are you? Have you talked to you aunt and uncle about moving in. What is your mother's condition after the accident. Almost any accident can almost kill someone, if the conditions were different.
If you are a minor and this is not an abusive home, you may be stuck at home.

I don't understand what her getting into an accident has to do with this. If anything that piece of worthless information is you fishing for this very answer: she won't let you move out because she needs someone to take care of her and comfort her. She got in an accident only 2 months ago, one that could have killed her! She needs you.

how old are you? if you're under 18 you can't leave without parental permission unless you file a complaint with social services. then you can go in front of a judge and explain why you want to move out and she may or may not grant your wish. try to sort things out with your mom first... or at least come to some sort of agreement... it's a lot less complicated than going to court.

Unless you are over 18 and have a job that you can afford an apartment then NO you can not move out. Another thing, you need to be more supportive to your Mom and help her out. She doesn't have to listen to you. You are the child. You are NOT paying the bills. You are NOT contributing to the household. You are a whiner and a complainer. Grow up.

i think you need to stay with your mom and take good care of her first. My daddy just died in a car accident and he wouldnt have died if i didnt move out and took care of him instead. Stay with your mom and when she gets healed come to her gently and talk to her about it. Also, try telling her your hurt and annoyed; even if it means belting it out (just dont throw a fit!!! lol)

Take you're time growing up, and spend as much time with your family as you can. You will regret everyday that you spent away from you're mom when she is gone. Also....do you really want to start paying bills, you have the rest of your life to do it. I wish I could go back to when I was 16 and living at home without any responsibility!!!

Time out--you could have lost your mother and you're whining that she won't listen to you?
Honey, wait a second and look at what you just said. Your mom could have died and wants to spend more time with you, yet you're saying that she's a terrible person because she won't let you move out?
It sounds like you're young, and right now you need to ENJOY your mom because she isn't going to be there forever.

How old are you? If you are old enough to support yourself then I say yes, but if you really love your mom and you would like for her to listen, then just tell her b/c she WILL listen.
U should stay

how old are you...??
maybe try to think how your mom feels rather than what you are going thro.
maybe she really got shook up with this accident and you could try to help her by not being so self centered and putting yorself in her shoes and teach her not to be so afraid.
