we argue like every day now she says we arent getting any thing for christmas and i really want to just stay out of her way, do my chors and be good so we can have some peace in our house so how can i teach my self to bite my lip and be really good from now on (im fourteen) thanx

My husband has been away in limitary training for a few months and will be coming home soon. We have an infant and I stay at home with her(I am also pregnant). Anyhow, while he was away I moved in with my father and step-mom. Things went smoothly for a while but I have had a troubled past with my step-mom and we are very different and tend to clash as well as we have bad history. I was out of the country for a few years and did some growing up and now things have been much better between us because I don't let her BS upset me the way that I used to.

Anyhow, since my husband has been gone step-mom has made some rude remarks about how I care for my daughter. She tries to butt in but I don't give her much space. Also yesterday she said something and my father defended me and told her to shut her mouth about those things because I am a good mom. Things were smooth for a while but I want to move as soon as my husband gets orders for his next station. My question is...

He was only 45 yrs. & a police officer. I was so proud of him. He passed 3 months before my wedding. We were very close. I understand that he's gone, but it doesn't seem 'real' to me. Is it making it all worse by 'talking' to him at night? I feel like it's part of the grieving process, but I just want to feel better & don't know if the way I'm dealing with it's unhealthy for me. I still miss him so much & part of me feels like it helps to 'talk' to him, but I also wonder if that's keeping it all from becoming 'real' to me. I'm just so confused & hurt right now. Sometimes it makes me physically sick when I think about him really being gone. By the time I found out he was in the hospital & not doing well, I had to drive 2 hrs on the ice to get to him. By the time I got there, he was gone. I partially think that's the reason I am still holding on so strongly. . . because I didn't really get to say goodbye. My sister and I are not talking to my mother and brother since my father died. My mother has signed over all her assets to my younger brother (2 mill.) My brother talked her into it, because he is her favorite. The worst part is they kept it a secret for 6 years. When we found out, by mistake neither of them tried to rectify it and don't care that we are hurt. In the six year period of the secret, I myself built my brother a large house for his family to live in (at cost - and saved him at least $400K). My sister and I both have families with children who will not receive any inheritance because of this. Now that it is holiday, they still want to spend it with us, but we don't want any part of them. It not about the money, it's about the deceit and the hurt. My younger brother is living off of my mother's money and he is jealous of me and my sister. He just wants us to accept the situation and we can't. His wife is rude and abusive to our mother and he does not care. He controls her.

I am getting abused....verbally, emotionally, and sometimes pshyically. I tried counceling....I tried to change myself...nothing has worked. I have bruises from when my sister kicked me in the stomach on Friday....she also threatened to kill me. I am trying to get a placve to live yet my parents keep taking my money and not letting me go anywhere. I even tried to kill myself to get away...found out I don't want to be dead just yet. alcoholic and drug addict. She has 2 kids ages 5 & 8. Last summer my husband and I ended up with her kids for 3 months because we called DCFS on her. She has a bad habit of leaving for several days at a time and we always get the kids dropped in our lap from someone else. I love my neice and nephew very much and I also love my sister......BUT......she needs help and this is not good for her kids. How do I help her to realize what she's doing to her kids and to the rest of the family?? Should I call and turn her into DCFS again?? What are foster homes like?? I heard some bad things about them?? The end of the rope is here and I'm not sure how much more I can take of this. Would they go to a foster home? Would the kids be split up? I feel sick about all this and so in the middle of it all. I'm tired and weary. Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks.

There is a girl whom i love more than anyone in the world. She was my classfellow and She was a very brilliant student. She won too many medals in academics (we were in a medical college together, becoming doctors). I told her that i love her two years ago and asked for her hand in marriage. She said she loved me too. She agreed but her parents resisted my proposal. She became so upset by her parents attitude and failed in a single postgraduate exam six times. For all this while i was with her, beside her, helping her, encouraging, loving and caring for her all this time. But just a week ago she messaged me and said that it's been me responsible for all her failures and told me that she's breaking up as our relationship was not a blessing rather is a curse as its hindering her progress in life. We broke up. I don't know why but all this while there was not a single day she didn't say "I LOVE YOU" 10 times. Do you think that in true love you blame the one you love for all your failures?

I have four children two have left home and two still live with me..I'm a singel mum so I have trouble making ends meet some weeks....My older two have there own place together and work full time,, but they are alway skink and asking to borrow money i am getting deeper into dept over this but i can't say no to them,,as they always promise to pay back and go on and on till they get it ,, I feel i'm losing it sometimes as i have no one to turn to for help and surport,,Please give advice as im sure there are parents out there with the same problem

I have been with the man i will soon call my husband for almost 2 years.

Her real father has only seen her 3 times, and that was when she was really young (between 3-9 months)

Her real father is in the military.

At what age should I tell her, and what do I say?

She loves my finace, and calls him daddy.

Some family members of mine tell me I should never tell her, but I feel that is wrong. She needs to know where she came from.

I'm 21 years old getting ready to finish college, and work on my master, i have two jobs paid jobs and an internship as well as school. This is a big accomplishement for me. My brother and sister aren't doing **** with there lives, and my mom treats them better than me, !!!! She calls me all types on names in the book for no reason. My brother still lives at home at 28 she would do anything for him. The only thing I have ever asked her was to take me grocery shopping when I was little low on cash and she wound't do it. When I was young in college she took, my cell phone away from me, so nobody would call me and so i can't call anyone in case of an emergency.
