I am 59 but still cry almost ever day. It is better the let things out then keep them inside. I miss my husband of 28 years, and my sister whom I lost in May. I cry for them and other things when i think of them. Mostly at night while watching tv. A good cry is better than keeping things bottled up inside. Pem

There is no age limit for something like this and believe it or not, you are not crying for no reason, even if you don't know why you are crying (or someone else if applicable) you are crying for some reason, it could be something that has been repressed or a chemical imbalance, check with a doctor or a couselor about what you can do to get this situation under control before it causes major damage in your life!
I know, I have been there!

Sometimes, I still cry for no reason.
I feel as though there are a ton of times that I hold in what's really bothering me instead of freaking out and yelling about it.
So, some days, when I am really stressed and drained, I'll sit alone and cry... just to let off some steam and aggravation.

I still cry for apparent reason at times--I think we all go through that at times. Life--gets to ya once in awhile.

When I get there I will let you know. Well, I don't cry for "no reason" just no logical reason! Over-emotional, manic depressive.

well i hav bin crying 4 no reason since i woz about 10 nd im still doing it. It depends on if ur sensitive or not. nd if ur nt than its just hormones they will break eventually

my kids didnt get away with that crying for no reason crap.and they were seen and not heard in the store.
