She is very stressed out and is very hard to buy for? She says she wants to get away for a while but i have to keep it in budget i am only 13. So can anyone help me. One of the best gifts you can give your mom is something you make or do yourself. Are you good at scrap-booking? Then how about putting together a memory book for your mom. She will treasure it always. Are you talented musically, or a good writer? Compose a song for your mom, and perform it for her. Write her a story. Write a poem for her. Or how about creating a "coupon book" full of things you will do for your mom to help alleviate her stress. Examples: "This coupon good for one vacuuming," or "This coupon valid for one 15-minute back rub" (you don't have to be an expert to give your mom a much-appreciated neck massage!). Sure it would be nice if you could buy her an out-of-town trip, or an exclusive spa package. But, c'mon, you are 13. You should not even consider buying such things. A day will come when you will be able to afford such luxuries. For now, give her YOURSELF - your time, your talents, your love.

I am not sure where you live, but you could give her an "experience" rather than a present. A hot air balloon ride, a flying lesson, a day at the spa. Something that will allow her to get away from the stresses of life for a little while and give her something fun to think about.
