One of my friends dad is in therapy if he docent go to his therapy he will end up n a weal chair. He sold there house to use the money left to pay for his therapy, and she found out the day of the closing. The issue is that they can stay in the house and pay a low rent to help him pay his therapy. My friend has told her dad that she hates him that she would of prefer him to end up in a weal chair or dead but he should not have sold the house, and not live under the charity of others. Im really confuse what should I do should I just hear to her talking all this craziness or say something or just stop being her friend?

As a parent of a teenager, it seems the older he gets, I find parenting to be a painful experience. As he's gotten older he wants to spend less and less w/me, and to be quite honest, sometimes he's just downright mean. I know that this is something that comes in teenage years (we were all one at one time). I guess now it's alot easier to understand what my parents went through to raise their family!!! Sometimes its just so hard to heart wrenching to sit back , and have to watch him struggle w/ 'finding himself'. I guess as a parent, the last thing anyone wants to do is see their children hurt or troubled. Does anyone else out there have similar feelings?

Well, I have to admit as a man I really don't like the idea of a man having to change their children's diapers and I really do think it is a woman's job. Then I came across this verse and I thought about telling my little lady about it:

Leviticus 18:6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness. I am the LORD.

Am I taking this out of context? If I am wrong, aren't I at least right about men not changing diapers anyways?

My oldest child has sickle cell anemia and has to be transfused every two weeks. We have to travel two and a half hours away from home for these appointments. My other children are ages:11,4,2,and 1.My oldest is 16 years old.She had a stroke at the age of six and since then she has had to undergo transfusions bi-weekly because of iron overloads and sickle cell crisis! We live in a very small rural area and they don't offer much assistance for poor families as myself.Every Christmas for the past few years they only give her a board game and a boy's remote car. It's so hard to provide for them but I'm doing the best I can because God gave them to me and I will never turn my back on them but I must be honest it gets very hard at times because I can't do things as I would like or should. So I ask if anyone knows of any programs or sponsors please share so my childrn can have a joyous Christmas! Thank You All

I found out something shocking about my wife sisters boyfriend.......What should I do?

Earlier today I saw a post on here where a woman was talking about hiring a private eye to investigate her daughters boyfriend. Somebody mentioned the link http://background-records.net/ as a good place to find info online. Well I checked out the site and entered my sisters in law's boyfriends name and found out that he was convicted of armed robbery in 1999. I know this is him because the name, date of birth, and address are all the same. I am sure my sister in law doesn't know (and I am damn sure her dad doesn't know).......should I tell my sister in law or her dad? I don't know how to handle this situation

Alright so I have never actually been to a "party". I guess you could call what I want to go to this Friday a party, but basically it is a bunch of my friends (including my boyfriend) getting together and drinking and hanging out and dancing. I want to go and stay the night there so I don't have to drive home if I have been drinking. I never get to drink at things like that becuase I am always the designated driver. I choose to be. This time I really want to be able to stay out all night and have a good time. My parents fully trust me, and they know that I don't lie to them. I guess my question here is, should I just be straight forward with her about what I want to do (I think she will tell me that I can't go because there is going to be drinking) or should I say that I am going to a friends house and just go to the party (if I got caught my trust with her would be blown)? There is no way around it, I really want to go ...Please no stupid answers. Please help.

My sister died 6 months ago. And before she died (cancer) she told me she wanted me to take care of Istas. (We only talked about this, never documented.) My sister's husband was a horrible father/husband- he had affairs and emotionally/phsyically hurt my sister and Istas. Unfortunately, my sister never left that man, and he has custody of her. Please note, my niece is 5 years old. I really don't want her living in a bad home and I promised my sister, as well, I love my niece. How can I get custody of Istas?

I have two sisters. My older sister & I don't get along. My younger sister & I have always gotten along and been very close. For the last 4 years, they have lived in San Fran and my little sister has worked for my older sister as her nanny/housekeeper. Recently, my younger sister decided to move to Seattle to pursue a degree at Univ. of Wash. When she got here, she got depressed and wanted to go back to Cali. Both my sisters have a history of mental illness (older sister-depression, younger sister-anxiety). Now neither of them will talk to me, because they blame me for this whole thing. I'm left here wondering what the heck I did wrong. I expect this from my older sister, but not from my younger sister. I think she needs to seek some professional help to deal with her anxiety, but she refuses and now won't talk to me. What should I do? I feel so helpless.

I was adopted from the Philipines when I was an infant. I'm not obsessed with finding my birth mother but would be nice to know something about her. I always have felt kind of wierd because it's a possibilty she was a prostitute. I don't look 100% fillipina so the father probably was american or from europe. I want to go to the Phillipines just to see what it's like. Should I even bother to think about this stuff?
