My mother in law is so jelous of my mother she goes out of her way to make things difficult for us. If my husband asks his mom what time she is doing thanksgiving she will make it an hr before my moms to make things difficult. She made our wedding day a mess she would comment on anything my mother did and it would turn into a selfish comment

I am going through some personal problems. My ex and are trying to get back together, but he is calling me selfish. My daughter lives with him in another state and I am constantly worried about her. She is 14 and really needs me now.

In the meantime, I am living with my parents and when I discuss the issue with my Dad. He just puts me down. He tries to see me through my ex-husband's eyes.

He says that I "don't take interest in things if I don't want to, don't say goodbye before leaving for work, don't say Good Morning and don't prepare food properly. " He just makes me feel worse in general about myself and my life.

I try to ignore him, but its hard because I live in the same house with him. I stay up in my room but he does not like that also and makes comments about that. I am an adult and was living on my own but moved back home temporarily.

Any suggestions?

my brother is going out with a girl who used to be MY friend then once she started going out with my brother she started ignoring me then all togetter even stoped saying hi to me and my momther when she came into our house and has called my mom several times screaming and bitching at her then this girl turns around and tells everyone she knows that we hate her my mother and i hate her and she tells everyone we have never at anypoint said we hated her my mother demands respect and she refuses to give it she calls it kissing her *** and she wont stop fraking out crying and telling everyone that we hate her when we clearly dont we just think she crazy and now she emails me back and forth in a big arguement and everything i say she denis even though its true like i tell her we dont hate u and then she flips and screams that we do and i said y do u think we hate u and she said that we hate her for no reason. it this ***** crazy or am i?

Ok here goes my father molested me when from the time i was little up until i was 12 years old and I told my mom what he was doing so she sent me to live with my grandma. Over the years 2 of my nieces have came forth and said that he molested them too. We have turned it into Department of Human services several times
but they never do anything about it. Last time they put him on some kind of protected order saying he cant be around kids alone. Now the whole time he was molesting me and my nieces he was suppost to be a preacher. And everytime he gets told on he just goes to church and says god forgives him but he never admits to doing it. Now my family all beg me to go to his church but after this has happened all my life I dont trust church anymore I think all preachers are hypocrites. I get along with my dad for the sake of my family but I dont trust him because I know he will never change. What should I do ?

My sister and I were raised together all of our lives. We recently found out that we have a brother from our father. He is a blood brother and looks very much like us and we have grown close to him over the years. My brother is a very famous nfl player and makes millions a year. me and my friends, we had the biggest group in the school. even the principal said so. But then we started to break up into little groups. We would never admit that our group had broken up, but i know thats what happened. But now, a particular branch wont talk to the rest of us. Everyone else feels left out but they said its cos they arent involved with us anymore. They said they didnt want to break up into little groups and we forced them too since we broke away. there are about 4 groups now, and the three other groups, icluding my own, are upset. Are we wrong for breaking away, or are they wrong for blaming us?

I have a cousin who is male and 10 years old. He is the very energetic and playful type, and loves it when people tickle him. He is one of very few kids I know who actually like being tickled. Usaully when he comes over, or I go over, he gives hints to tickle him. Usaully its like him sitting next to me on the couch and putting his socked feet near me and saying things like "my feet are tired" or just starts getting his feet closer to me. I usaully just give him a quick tickle to have him pull away, but I don't know. It seems weird now, he is 10 and doesnt give up. One time I tickled his socked feet for a while hoping for him maybe to dislike it and quit with it already, but he laughed hysterically, thrashing his body everywhere, but he loved it. What do you think I should do? Does anyone else have a kid relative like this? Please let me know and give me your experiences with it. Thanks!

My daughter is 2 (almost 3) and doesnt listen to anything I tell her to do! My husband and I feel like we have done everything we are supposed to when it comes to discipline. We ask her to do a task in a kind loving voice. If she doesnt do it, we ask in a "Im getting serious" tone. And if she still doesnt do it then she'll get a spanking or have to sit in time out for 2 minutes. She always tries to buy more time or get our attention onto something else by hugging on our legs and telling us she wants a kiss. Or she'll even flash a million dollar smile and say "No" really sweet and innocent like. How do I get her to realize that she has to do what I say, and not after I have said it a thousand times? Is this just a typical "terrible two's" thing? Or do you think I have a bigger problem on my hands? And how do I stay serious when it comes to telling her to do something when she does the things that are so darn cute?

Im 13 years old my life it is not going very well. Me, my mom and and my brothers are not in shape and neither of us are, we all seem to use fowel language we have many problems. My mom does not have a job It seems she cannot keep a job for so long. me and my brothers get along but we seem to fight alot in the ways as in adults do like they cuss and fist fight and I try to stop but we take it as a joke. I think this happens because our Birth father isnt in our life. But I do not depend on him anymore I depend on our Lord and our Savior. My family lose our apartments kind of quick either we cant afford rent money or people complain and it is beacause the way our house is we are not very neat but messy. We used to live in hotels and motels and with family and friends. Right now i have tow brothers and me a girl and my mother we all live in a small one bedroom apartment but we all sleep in the living room. What im trying to say is that our life is VERY difficult. My grades are low.

she has managed to hang on fairly well untill latley she seems to always be in pain getting sick, etc. She has also started to be very mean to mean and my other siblings. Calling me on my birthday to tell me how she hates me and how she wishes I could feel what she feels. She even attacked my 8 year old so because he was crying and called him an asshole. My brother currently pays for everything for her rent, food etc. and she is so mean to him. Anyhow I was wondering is normal the way she is acting and how should I deal with this all ? She is constatly blaming her cancer on me and my brothers and saying were killing her etc.

My wife feels our Child is ugly,and she can't stand looking at him,I don't understand why she can't feel anything for my child. She can't even tolerate him in the house any more,for the past two weeks she set up a tent in our back yard and made him think he was camping,she set out water and food for him,what should i do ? she thinks he costs money with all his facial reconstructive surgery ...she is thinking of enrolling him in a circus to help pay the medical bills? or try to pass him off to a family member?what should i do with them? My mother is like a spoilt child and my younger sister and I are sick of her manipulation and selfish behaviour.She has got worse since our beloved Nana died, my Mother has never once asked how we are doing or our children are coping with their loss- all she does is think about herself and what she is going to spend all our nanas money on ( none of us got left anything, as our mother even manipulated our nana into leaving her everything, which wasnt our nanas intentions at all, our mother knows this is wrong, but justifys it all by telling us it says everyting is left to her in the will- she omits the fact my nana was very frail, deaf and blind and under the threat of going into a nursing home when she wrote the will ) I have on many occassions not spoken to my mother for many years due to her unacceptable behaviour towards my nana, however we feel she has gone too far this time and morally wrong as Nana would never have left nothing to all the grandchildren-it wasnt her wishes at all

Who is head of this department. I live in Georgia and it is obvious they could care less about the welfare of children. My granddaughter is in foster care and has finally been placed with the paternal aunt. She is now in a loving, caring, stable home. Now DFACS is considering returning her to her mother even though she has not been able to do anything they required of her. She is so irresponsible...she is my daugher and I know that she will not care for this child. It is so obvious, she only visits about every 7-8 weeks. But she lives near-by....her excuse is that she is so tired. Before she was in the aunts care she was in foster care for 7 months. DFACS has lost all record of the 6 foster homes she stayed at. Advocacy has examined her and is convinced there was abuse. This poor baby is only 2 years old. I have got to talk to someone with a little sense...she just can't be yanked out of this home...she is finally stable.
