Would you ever get over it, or would it stay on your mind always? Do you know anyone who has gotten over this type of thing and how?

would you tell them? i decided not to, because i didn't want to cause them the pain of knowing something that bad had happened to their daughter, but if I think about it, if I had a daughter I would want to know so that I could be there for her..I'm confused and unsure..I know how awful it would feel for them, but at the same time, I feel almost dishonest in that I'm carrying the burden of a dreadful thing and it's like a secret. i truly, truly don't know what to do. The thing happened 7 years ago when I was 21.

Get invited to my aunt's house for dinner, spaggti and meatballs. Food is on the table and my husband and I saw her drops of sweat drip into the sauce. My mom and her husband have been living there leeching off her for six years. My mom and aunt are sitting near each other. Rather than leave the room my aunt decides to test her blood right at the dinner table. When she pricked her finger blood started to spurt everywhere. My mother commented, " What did you do, hit and artery, and starts handing paper towels to her. My husband and I were just like thinking OH MY God. My husband said he would NEVER eat there again and he hasen't. I had no idea how to respond to this. Believe me I know their freaks because there was an incident on Thanksgiving where my grandmother was slicing the pies and my aunt started yelling at her and she through the pie cutter down and left the room. That is when my cousin brought her fiance to meet them. Please seriously how would you respond. I have no idea.

People what do I do.Found out my ex has started dating someone 3 weeks after we broke up(we have a son together),then thought I'd found out who it was but then found out it was someone else(my friends sister)I told him I knew and he then told me he had finished it with her cos he realised it was too soon. Her sister then told me he was lying and that she had told him where to go and that he needed to grow up etc.I accused him off lying to me and he came over tonight to discuss.

He showed me the text messages from this girl that said she was prepared to wait for him to sort his head out and she really wants him etc,I told him if he wants her go for it,just don't mess my son around.I phoned her sister to tell her I had seen the txt messages and would like to talk to this girl so I could straighten any confusion out for myself with her as I don't know what or who to believe anymore. In theory am meeting this girl tomorrow to chat.I don't want my ex back but need closure. What do I do?

Has there ever been a time, where your mom/dad made you massage/smell their feet. Has your brother/sister ever made you smell his/her socks, give him a foot rub? Has anybody asked you to give them a foot rub. or made you smell their feet. Be Detailed...best answer, depends on detail!!!

My friends mom is 55 and her husband cheated on her. He said she wasnt intimate enough after she survived cancer. He seems really selfish to the point where he doesnt even let her pick the car she likes to drive. He thinks he should come first before her children from her other mariges and gets angry and treats them bad if she shows them more attention then him.

She was going to leave but decided to work it out, but I think she is just scared to be alone.

Should I tell her to split or mind my own business?

My 17 year old son Corey babysits a sweet little 8 year old girl named Sarah, who lives down the street. This weekend, he asked my if he could go camping for two or three days about 35 miles away up in the hills outside of town.

My son suffers from obesity and depression and doesn't have many friends, but he wants to take Sarah with him on the camping trip. I think it would be a great idea. He'd have a friend with him and he'd even get a glimpse into fatherhood. I'd go too, but I'm a single mother and I have to work all weekend at Home Depot.

I called Sarah's mother this morning to ask if Sarah could go with Corey and her mother refused to let her go. I can't understand why though! My son is a very responsible young man and wouldn't let Sarah out of his sight. After all, he babysits her several times a month.

I even bought him a new tent for them to share on the trip. Why do some parents have to be so overprotective?

We could afford another child and our children would love a new sibling. I am a little concerened because I would still be the primary caregiver because my husband works long hours. I do have a routine with three and I assume one more wouldn't be that big of a deal. I would love to hear from other mom's of four and hear their stories. thanks

we live in NWA and my son was denied Head start here because we were over income by $947, I applied in another where we used to live he was accepted there. His dad and I have lots of problems. I have left him before like 3 times and have always came back to him.He has a drinking problem and I don't want our son to grow up in a house where all we do is fight and yell. His dad grew up like that and I don't want it for my son. I have told his dad that we were planning to leave on the 25th of August. He puts a guilt trip on me saying I'm taking our son away from him. We have one car and that is his primary transportation to work, if I take the (my car) he will be out of a job(he works like 4 miles from our house) I can't get work here, in Kansas my mom has a job lined up for me. I feel like I'm ready to leave for good this time but he's making it difficult for me to leave. I have guilt. Am I doing the right thing by taking our son and moving to another state?

I am a married mother of a 6 month old. I work full time and I am planning on going to college 24 hours a week to get my LVN license. I will work from 8-3 go to college from 3:15-8:45pm M-T and on Friday from 12-3. This leaves very very little time with my husband and daughter. I will feel guilty for the little time I have with them. I am so confused, I HAVE to work to pay bills and I also want to go to school and this is the only way to do both. I am so confused, any advice would help...am I doing the right thing?

I have known my girlfriend for 6 months and been going out with her for 2 months. She did an university project with her previous boyfriend 1 year ago. Yesterday she rang her ex-boyfriend to get details of this project. She did not actaully speak to him. Put the phone down before he answered. He walked out on her.

She told me about this. I became really upset. She has spent all of yesterday and today trying to reassure me that she feels nothing for him and that she loves me. Should I believe her?

My daughter lives with her father full time we are fighting for custody he was still bathing her a six years old and every weekend i would tell her u need to tell your dad you can wash yourself so i think now she is not sure though he does still wash her hair. Here i let her wash herself and her hair and help if needed but she does a good enough job i don't have to help.Well i kinda intervened one day with my husband and his daughter she is four and told him she is perfectly capable of washing herself because she does it when my daughter is here so he lets her do it now.So i guess my question is am i too sensitive about this in thinking the dads should back off at a certain age with the whole bathing and seeing their girls naked?I don't even let them come out of the bathroom without their nightgowns because i think it is inappropriate and it will lead to unhealthy teenage relationships if there are no boundaries.

I have been married now for 3 months and my husband's 4 year old daughter is so spoiled she won't even dress herself. she throughs a fit until daddy does it for her. She plays rough and even violently with her toys and her father and grandmother. All of this behavior is encouraged by her father. We are now expecting a child of our own early next spring. I watch his daughter's behavior and I fear for the saftey of my baby. I have tried to explain to him but he sees it as me not liking her and not loving him. How do I tell him if the behavior doesn't improve I don't want her around our baby?
