My family did not tell my grandmother that she had stage 4 cancer and only had a month to live. We didnt want to tell her becasue it would make her more depressed. If your loved one was dying, would you tell them?

My exhusband abused my kids and me and dcfs punished me as well as him for it why have they been given so much power to play god.I wasnt abusive and tried to stop him but they still took my kids.Can anyone answer that question for me.

Tears on the pillow of a scared little girl
She is afraid to talk,she is afraid to tell...confuse and diminished,she can't understand,why she feels like a woman,when she is still a little girl.
We are all responsable for her broken dreams,we all know what is happend but we are afraid to speak,afraid of the talk of what others may say,afraid of the things we all have to face.
We have to reach out and save her in time,before she gets lost,before she dies,lets hand back to her those sweet little dreams,make her feel safe and give her the courage to live.
This happend to five out of ten little girls,let's do something now before it's too late.
It could happend to you,like it happend to me,or that sweet little girl right across the streets.
If we only knew of how many little girls,are still trapped crying inside some women head.
Still afraid to talk,still afraid to tell,let's do something now to stop sex abuse today...........

My biological dad that I met 8 years ago (I was adopted) keeps wanting to borrow money from me? I want to help him when I've got it but sometimes I don't have it and I feel guilty and give him money anyway and I go without? Is it selfish of me to resent him when it was me that gave him the money?

Don't you think if you saw your own dad or mom making out with some one of the same sex as a kid that would mess you up mentally. Wouldn't it give your kid a unfair bias towards being gay, seeing how they observed their parent, their role model doing it?

my wife just gave birth to a girl, I'd like to be a good father and give her the best possible upbringing, how do i go about this, what are the do's and don't etc , my parents tried to give me a very good upbringing and education as well as a good religious/moral training but i still made some very wrong decisions that had great negative consequences in my life, i don't want my daughter to make such mistakes, i'd also appreciate links to great websites or books that i can read up. i really want to get this right

last time i tolds yous of my ex i have 2 children to 2 different fathers but had a long term relationship with both the guy i met over t internet treats them as his own and i now have a beautifull baby daughter to him he comes up every day every night mostly and cares for them but he keeps telling me he wants a girlfriend and 2 settle down but he also acts like were together but he still doesnt want to what do i do now?

i am making a mixed cd to give to my mom...long story short: i'm 23, and i moved away from my mom about 6 months ago. i don't think she's taking it very well, and is picking on me for every little thing i do or say until she's decided she pretty much doesn't want me in her life anymore. I know it sounds weird, but trust me, you don't know my family. I already have "What I Was Trying To Do" by Rascal Flatts, "Don't Forget To Remember Me" by Carrie Underwood, and "Back to You" by John Mayer. The songs don't have to be any one genre, so anything you could give me would be helpful. It needs to be something about:
-not giving up on someone
-waiting for them to come around
-regretting things not said
-fighting for someone
-losing someone but still loving them
-etc, etc, etc...

Anyways...My mom thinks I am a Lesbian for really bad reasons -- I support gay marriage, I never had a boyfriend (because all of the preps at school get them...), and I am a tomboy. She mentioned it yesterday in a very rude comment, and I just blew up on her and she does not seem to listen to me. I am a straight, 14 year old, punk-emoish person who never had a boyfriend because all of the cheerleaders take the good ones. AND I don't really plan on getting an actual boyfriend until college so then my mom would stay out of the relationship. So...how can I convince my mom that I am not a Lesbian?

i don't live in America , but i see in the american movies and tv shows those scenes :

1- the teenage girl yell at the face of her loving mother "I HATE YOU, I DON'T NEED ANYTHING FROM YOU , GET OUT OF MY LIFE " and the mother say " oh honey , you know i love you , i'm doing this for your own good " the girl shout " I WILL NEVER LOVE YOU , you are not a mother " then she run away and her mother just run after her " honey ,... come back " and the movie shows the mother feel guilty and the teenage is right

2- the 9 years old child is locked the door at himself and saying "I HATE YOU' his parents are standing outstide his room , almost begging him " open up , dear , we love you , we love you "

3- after saving the teenage life he say " so that was all lies , i dont want you anymore , i hate you " and run away ,.. the adult who saved his life , just run after him saying "wait , wait , i lied to save your life , we all love you"

so what is that ?

I am newly married October 2005. I don't know what I was thinking. My husband is addicted to porn. I have a password on the internet I have even bought a computer desk with doors that locked and still he picked the lock.....

I have cried...I have talked...I have tried so many things...how I feel....yelling (not good but I can't take it anymore). The last time he did it I told him I wanted a divorce or that we are to go to counsling.

So we were in counsling but he wouldn't talk about anything while I was there so he is now seeing another therapist while I'm not there. I was still going to the other but I have been happy the only thing that upsets me is when he looks at porn on the net.

Well I accidently left the password off the computer last night after a stupid fight over the dishes. Only to come home to see 8 hours of porn on the computer.

I can't take it ....what should I do...Counsling don't seem to be helping him...I don't even think they talk about it

My step mom seem like she just doesnt want me around. Like when she comes home from work, I try to talk to her and find something to talk about, but she never seems interested and she just pushes me out of her way. I don't want to live like this forever but I don't know of anything that I can do to get her to talk to me. And it seems like she always.....and I mean ALWAYS....finds something to yell at me for. Like she'll go the whole day without talking to me and then come up to me and start yelling at me for something that i didn't do. ugh! this is all so confusing and I need help! Anybody?

my mother once told me she had written proof that she was distantly related to the queen of England, unfortunately this paper was lost in transition to our new home 40 years ago. I tell him off for it, and I tell him it's wrong, and why it's wrong, but he thinks that if I stop him from having sweets, that justifies him stealing money from his brother to go to the shop and buy some! I've tried keeping stuff where he can't get it, but he sneaks in when I'm not around, and I'm worried he'll turn into a kleptomaniac/thief.

This is my last name and I know no one but my immediate family that shares it. I want to eventaully conduct some geneological research, but have no idea where to begin.
