She has a prefered sister of mine and hated the love her mother felt for me. Also she profit from the hypocrit prejudices and uses that to justify her beahaviour.

Wow, that's deep. I think it is time for a good heart to heart. I know it probably is not that easy. It seems that you mom may be jealous of you because of the possible "lack" of love she felt from her mom. I can see where you are coming from and it is unhealthy for her and YOU to be this way. This is obviously eating at you or you would not be putting here. She seems like one who would not even consider counseling, but maybe after a few attempts at talking her into going with you to a counselor she will give in. Or the old fashion. "let's go have a beer, we need to talk" may even work, too. Either way, it needs to be resolved. Life is short and neither of you can afford to have these stressors. Hang in there and take care.
