I had this guy friend who I really liked and the way he was around me and with me he seemed to like me too, so after a while I wrote him a message on myspace and told him that I liked him as more that a friend. Then you can tell when people have read the message you sent them, so when I checked I noticed he had read and I waited a few days and he never answered me, so I sent him another one saying that I hope I didn't ruin any firendship we had by telling him how I felt. He wrote me back and said that he was just really busy at the time and didn't have time for a gf. Did he really mean that or was that just a way of telling me he didn't like me?

Ok, so I've known this girl for a couple of years. The problem is, she the best friend-almost like a sister-of an ex of mine. The ex and I haven't been together for almost 8 years. I asked what my ex thought and she is strongly against it. Should I leave the idea of dating this other girl alone or pursue it??

I lost my 18 month old daughter and my husband 5 years ago. They drowned. She fell in, he jumped in after her and I can't swim so I ran for help but I don't speak Spanish and the help arrived too late.

Anyway I haven't worked since that day and my sister is also on benefits but in her case it is because she has 5 children by 5 different men and is a drug addict and alcoholic.

She keeps telling me to 'get over it' but it isn't that easy. I'm never going to forget my beautiful daughter or wonderful husband and I resent that she is telling me how to live my life.

In truth, I do wish that I could get better but I resent the fact that she is telling me what to do when she doesn't even care about the fact that she is on benefits. I want to have a proper life. I want to get married and have another baby, I don't want to be on benefits.

I want to get an office job and to learn how to type and use email and stuff like that.

I just don't know where to start?

So I have these two guy friends. They've never met. One of them is so nice and down to earth, but sometimes he seems to just forget bout my existence and won't even call me or anything for like 2 weeks. When we do talk again everything just seems to be perfect. Then there is the other guy who is also really cool and nice, but he can be really judgemental about things that even he has done before but no longer does. I know everyone has bad things about them, but they're good sides are what keep me wanting to talk to them. So which one sounds better???

my wife died 7 months ago. do u think it is to early to look for a new relationship, i havent got a clue how to go about it, we were together so long, 40 years.even tho i miss her so much i feel i need a partner, do u think i am wrong. At what moment did you decide you wanted to get married to your wife? What made you choose her over all your other past relationships? Do you regret your decision to marry her?

Hey... thought i may need a lil advice if you could please.
I'm a depressed person on tablets every day with hardly any friends and i am bi-sexual...
...but i have vowed to change for the New Year for the first time but it is going to be really hard, i want to be a more confident, friendly, happy person with a date!
I know it is going to be extremely hard.... i have already seen a psychiatrist but that hasn't really changed things.
I was just wondering if any of you had any useful advice for me.

Guys, when you were thinking about proposing, did the idea of being in her family, ( which you hate for this question) bother you?did it stop you?

Being married for 3 1/2 years and ironically my wife has spend half of that overseas staying with her mother at times we were 7 months apart and two weeks ago she has left again for 2 months. Now I am thinking with what of a marriage it has really been with even a suspect of infidility on her behalf while I remained loyal and trustful for her, I forgave her for such grounds of infidility though she never confessed. I look back her respect to me and well perhaps that says something. She has her own account which is fine, she does not work though. I can't use he laundry powder, when my 3 children from previous marriage marriage she complains about the food they eat. But what really got me, she not into cleaning the house much and left it mostly for me. I thought well I will see how long it takes to clean the bed sheets (two seperate mattrasses)and the weeks before she left it never got changed though I hated it. When she went I changed them and discovered hers were just been washed.

ok me and this guy that I work with used to have a thing goin on..well I quit my job for like a year and now I am with someone and he is with someone, but we have discovered that we still have feelings for each other...and have been seeing each other again.....I love him soo much, and I think that he loves me....well he used to before, and I got him a card for Christmas and wrote a little note in it letting him know that I did still love him and he hasnt said anything about it???? what is that about?? and then today we were...well....you know?? LOL and right in the middle of all the action, he asks me if I want to have a baby??? =( what is going on with this? I told him we would talk later and when I ask him about it he just said he meant later on down the line, when we could be together just me and him, that one day he would like to have another child. I am having a little bit of a sad-for-myself moment here... what I want to know is, is your life worse than mine? My mother is chronically depressed and attempted suicide last May. My father has anger manegment and his entire family was abused by his father (my grandpa, died before I was born) so now he yells all the time. About four years ago, my family started having problems; arguements, debt and loss of money, and abuse between my parents. I also heard that, while my brother, sister, and I were gone, they did drugs. My mom also smoked breifly and was an alcohalic. About last year, my mom moved into another house and they became officially divorced. Now my dad is dating some one and going on a cruise with her in January... anyway, I'm just feeling really sorry for myself right now and I was wondering if any of you out there had things worse than I do. Maybe it will put things in perspective for me or something. Thanks for answering!! I appreciate it and no, I'm not lying.

long story short...
i have been best friends with this guy for 4 years before we went out. we talked about everything from his girlfriends to my boyfriends and hung out all the time. into the 5th year we got serious and went out and it was perfect. we went out 2 years straight and broke up because he cheated on me with someone 2 yrs younger than me. hes a year older than me. they went out for a year and in that year me and him were not allowed to hang out because she did not want him to have anything to do with me. but we hung out anyways and he told me how much he loves me and how he cant stand her. they broke up and me and him got back together but thats when things got rough because since we are both in different colleges but only 10 mins away from eachother, i keep hearing things about him going back to her and all these things. now we're on a break and are working at it again.. like the 15th time.. we just keep coming back to eachother because we're just happier. worth it??
