im in college right now (19), i live on campus. my parents are extremely restrictive, i cant make a decision without their consent. they allowed me to go away for college only because i got a full scholarship that covered all costs. but recently my academics have suffered because they force me to take premed classes that i have no aptitude for and so Ive lost my scholarship and parents said that they will pay for me to stay on campus only if i do well. i didnt have close friends in high school because i couldnt hang out with them much. i now have numerous close friends who ive lived with for 1.5 years, including a great gf, who i have to hide from my parents; id be disowned if they found out. i have very little savings and no job. leaving the school im at would be terrible. id be utterly alone. i did really poorly this semester with my second chance and they will make me come home and i absolutely cannot do that. i know it would kill them if i left, as their only son. should i go?

Long story short, I come from a very conservative family and my husbands family is of a totally different culture. My family is quiet and reserved ad educated. His family is loud, obnoixus, and quite messy. Normally when they visit our home its no more than 2-3 days, and its just his mom and dad, and maybe one brother. This year, its his Mom, dad, 2 brothers and his girlfriend. SO that makes 8 individuals - Myself, my 9 month old, my husband who just had surgery and is handicapped, his 2 parents (who are LOUD and always make such a mess in my house) 2 brothers (teenagers so they are all about x box and stuff) and his GF. I live in a really small 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. 8 people who are loud and messy will not go good. Last xmas it was myself and his family, (6 individuals) and the baby wasnt born yet and it was super hectic in my house. I can accomodate everyone but it wil be so cramped in here. Am I wrong for feeling mad and anxious about them coming. They are

Er, so there's this guy and I like him and I'm pretty sure he likes me back, but I'm not completely sure about it. What do you think? He's told me b4 that he thinks girls that wear black are hot, and I was wearing black like i noramlly do everyday. He plays with my hands often, and my hair. My Fiance and I have been together almost two years. We have been staying at his grandmothers house until about a week ago she no longer wanted us there unless we were going to pay more. So a female friend of his that i have never met came home from school for good. (They suppose to have been friends for the last 7 years she dated his two best friends but her and my fiance are suppose to have a brother sister relationship) And well right now we cant afford a place together but clearly they can and so they went and got an apartment together the other day. He told my afterwards. He wants me and our son to come live there. I don't feel comfortable at all i think that this girls looks at him as more than a brother. He went through the whole i'm the only one for him we're suppose to be getting married blah blah blah, when the lease is up IN A YEAR I told her that me you and the baby will be getting our own place because we should have our money saved and all that i only love you stuff.

He's my friend... When I was quite young I got a cancerous growth inside my vagina. The scarring from three operations and radiotherapy have left me with no feeling inside.

I did not realise this until I married (I married while still virgin) and the only sensation I get from sex is from his balls pushing against my outsides.

We have experimented with oral, and I get a lot of pleasure from being tongued and sucked, but we do very little now by way of 'ordinary sex'. He says that I am his wife, and he wants us to make love together. If I don't get off on "normal" penetration sex, then there is little point in us doing it.when I not at a fertile stage in my cycle. I am not just a "shagging hole".

Is he depriving himself of what men usually get from sex to make me feel better about it?

This woman is a friend of his that he has known for a while now. He says he would never act on it because he loves me. I asked him not to go around her anymore and he said I couldn't ask him to do that because they are friends. I think I have every right to ask him to stay away from her. Am I right? I told him the more he is around her them more likely the feeling are to grow stronger so I wanted him to stay away. I am already upset enough that he has feelings for her, I don't think I am being over the edge by asking him not to go around her anymore.

Haha, ok there's this guy that I liked a looot last year. We would flirt with each other and yada yada, and I was pretty sure he liked me back but then again he could've just been really flirty. Well last summer, I found out that he DID like me. UGH! So I missed my chance. But I think he stopped liking me because I would never hang out with him because my parents=super protective. Well this guy that i have had an off and on relationship with for 2 months. We have told eachother that we have feeling for eachother we have made out only 2 times because we never have a chance right now because of christmas family stuff. Every time he sees me he kisses me. Then yesturday things got bad!! He sent me an email saying he missed me and wanted to see me but he was afried he would try and get into my pants again. Then he sent me an email and said he was sorry for leading me on. Then he posted a myspace bulltin telling me and three other girls that he was done with relationships. I didnt know he was doing ths with three other girls. I was so pissed me and my cousin went over to his house to yell at him but when i say him i didnt have the guts to say what i feel and we left. I've read numerous responses (not just today) about this question, mostly centering on how if girls ask guys out, then they're too desperate.

But why isn't that the case when guys ask girls out? I mean, somebody has to do it, why should it be the responsibility of one gender over another? Because it's "tradition"? **** that!

I strongly believe that if you don't go after what you want, then you lose the right to complain when you don't get it.

You are free to disagree, of course. But at least try to explain the thinking behind your beliefs, I'm genuinely interested in knowing a valid reason for this.

Let me know your age too, we'll see if that makes a difference. I'm 24.
