Spending time with my husband, my dog, cats. Calling family and tell them I love them. Friends too. A great Christmas Dinner and then some DVD Movies too. Thanking the Spirit above for a wonderful life, family and my friends.

Hmm...well I love it when my mommy is off on my most favorite holiday ever. So my mommy, my dad, and I all head over to my uncles for Christmas, and everyone is there for the holidays. Where we eat a ton of food and get really fat, but it's the holidays so we don't care all too much.
I know this might sound very braggish, and show offy. But I love it when I get a chance to perform for my family. Before we've eaten and a little after we've eaten (this is usually before the gifts and the dinner). Ever since I was little I loved being the center of attention when it came to singing, acting, and the "arts". I used to sing all the Barney songs, and I loved memorizing the Spice Girls songs all in one day just to sing the songs to them.
Now since I am older (fourteen soon to be fifteen in Dec. 30). I am a flutist, I play the piccolo, and I'm picking up the phife, and I'm trying to learn the piano. And I still LOVE to sing. So before the gifts and the dinner. I get to go up before them, with the tv volume down low and everyone's attention focused on me. And I play them all my flute pieces such as Christmas songs, and my Solo Ensemble music. And then I sing for them. It's really fun because everyone seems so relaxed and it really prepares me, because I'm a very shy person even performing for a group of 30+ (my family) gets me shaking but now I've learned to let loose. I can't wait this year.

I have a memory that always makes me smile and wish we could do it again! We live in Montana, and when the kids were growing up, we'd go skiing on the 24th. Coming home, as it was getting dark, we'd play Christmas music(first on a tape player and later on a CD player)in the car. We'd watch out the windows, as Christmas lights came on in homes and businesses we'd pass. Stars came out, snow sparkled...it was magical!
