my fiance will take over his fathers construction company in the next five years. its a big company. and we have been together for a about 4 years but just recently got engaged. we love eachother and we both feel like we hit the jack pot with eachother and adore eachother. well, he asked me what i thought about a prenup. he says he knows nothing will happen to us. but really, if he wants me to sign one, doesnt that mean he thinks we will divorce later on? i know in my heart i will never do anything to hurt him and i dotn believe in divorce. unless he cheated on me or hit me. and he knows this and agrees. we are goign though premaritital counseling and we want to do everyhitn we can to be prepared for the future. we really love eachother. but i am really hurt by him asking me about signing one. he says he wants his brothers g-friend to sign one more than anyhting. but, i am really torn. what do you all think?

I've finally found a guy that shares my faith and morals, and I am very happy about that. I have been to his church a few times, and honestly I don't like it. We tend to agree on most things, but I just don't like attending his church. He is very committed to this church and it means a lot to him that I go. What should I do about this? He kinda wants to quit but kinda doesn't and he knows he should. Hes quit in the past with AA, and has been thinking about going to AA again. The only way his addiction affects our relationship is financially. I know, thats bad enough. But he wants help and support from me also. I have a group of friends, and we were really close until now. My jealousy is getting int he way of our friendship. Theyre all skinnier and prettier than me. Guys always flirt them them and they've all had boyfriends and have been kissed and everything. Guys never flirt with me, ive never had a boyfriend, been kissed, or even been called pretty by a guy. I cant stand being around them because everytime I see them getting guy attention or flirting I just feel like dying. It makes me feel hopeless and ugly and fat. Becuase of them, I am convinced I will never find someone who likes me because I am so hideous and that I have no use in the world because I'll never find that someone. I know that sounds pathetic, but that's truly how bad its gotten.

I dont want to end a friendship with them over something stupid like this, but I dont want to keep this way either. What should I do?

When do you know when its time to get a divorce? Ive been cheated on by my husband and he's always lying to me. Ive been through the mental and physical abuse with him. I just found out last week that he hasnt been paying the car note for 6 months (my name is on this car also). I believe that Im a good wife and mother. This is a very long and sad story it could have been beautiful but my husband didn't help me when he could! Long story short after 2 yrs together I sold my house from a previous marriage. I spent the money on getting my husband legalized because he worked under fake ids for government and i didn't agree plus we just had a baby. Well i buy him a car so we can work and go towo seperate directions. After a yr and a half of him staying at home and me working he gets his greencard and ss card I pretty much straighten his life out which i wanted 2 do because i love him and we have a baby together. Well he works only one week and leaves me then a month later goes into the military.When he is gone i go with the police to his family members house and get my truck it is in his name but i bought it for him to work and give money to the family not leave me and ride around in. If that was the case i never would have bought it as i already have a car. Well he comes back we meet to talk sleep togethe

Our divorce was finalized on August 31 2007. We own a home that are currently on the market. It says in the decree that we are equally responsible for the mortgage until the home is sold.

Now I can't stand being a "roomate" with him and need to move out as soon as possible. If I do move out, do I still need to pay half of the mortgage? Especially when he asked me to move out?

If you live with a girlfriend who periodically treats you like dirt, her friends bash you, and she deceives you. She cheats on you, and denies it even though you saw it with your own eyes. Anyways, she breaks up with you one night, to get with another guy. You gracefully accomodate her request to make her happy and yourself happy. The two of you lived togetheir for 2 years, and the very next day you gather all of your belongings and move out. Days after of which, she wants you to take her cats, give her money, and pay bills in her name so she can easily move in with this new guy. Now the question is, was I in the wrong for respectfully rejecting all of her requests (as it felt as though she was just trying to use me as a fool) even though to some extent she was good to me by buying me gifts and helping me a few times in the past? The reality is that she deceived me, and that the relationship wasn't meant to be, but does that mean I should still be nice to her after what she did?
