my boyfriend is getting his own appartment in fall of 08, and if I don't get the position as RA at my university i'd rather have an appartment with him but I think my parents would flip out. granted it's very possible we'll be engaged by then or soon after at which point I don't care what they say. but your opinions may be helpful. thank you.

I wouldn't ever move in with my bf until I was planning to think about marrying the guy. When you move in with your bf, you have to be prepared to give up your private life and fun. You have to be completely comfortable with him seeing how your daily life is and vice versa. The good thing about living with him is that you get to be with him everyday, which is a good feeling. But, when you guys have problems and need space, things don't work well. So, I suggest that if you feel that you are close with your bf and have known him for a long time, then go ahead and move in with him.

Idt its 2 yng, if u feel ready, u feel ready. besides, i say that before you get engaged @ least like live wit him for awhile so u can see what he's like every day, when he wakes up, when he farts, ect.
