Don't do that! You may end up regretting it. Pay child support, the child is yours and you should love them.

In some states you can give up rights to your children but not child support. The custodial parent will have to agree to giving up parental rights and agree to no child support. Then a Judge will have to agree to the request. It has been done before.
Talk to a lawyer.
MORE THAN ANYTHING YOUR CHILDREN NEED YOU. I don't know the circumstance that have caused you to ask this question.

You child don't know anything now, but once they grow up and know about you, they will hate you all their life, not because of money, but because you simply don't care for them. If you are in financial trouble that's easier to understand but atleast like make your child a bank account and put some money that you got, 5 dollars 10 dollars each week, is not much, again it's not about money, they will appreciate if you do this

as far as i know once you give up parental rights, you are no longer required to pay child support. but once you do that you also have no say as to what happens in the child's life. it's a decision that you should really think about, because once it's done i don't think you can undo it.

No. You still have to pay child support. Take responsiblity for your actions at the very least.

so are you saying that you do not care about your child's welfare or whether or not the kid has good care, clothing on his back, and help from his own father?
please, do the world a favor and stop having sex now! if you can't do things responsibily, you should just avoid women...
i can't believe someone would have the balls to ask this question!!!

I guess we haven't gotten the whole picture from you, here.
It sounds to me that you are more concerned about saving a bit of money than about taking care of your kids.
Who's gonna feed them? Who's gonna give them a place to stay? Who will educate them? Who will buy them the clothes they need, or go to school and help them when they have problems?
They didn't ask to be born. They need their parents.

You can't give up your rights unless someone else is willing to adopt your child(ren). Someone has to be responsible for taking care of them.

In general, yes. You only give up your rights, not your responsibilities.
