cause a lot of guys stare at me and i cant stand the thought of them thinking about me like that! please tell me im wrong and they are just thinking about something less gross!!!

Yes, they are. Especially when sexual feelings about girls are new to them when they are around ages 13 to 16. They can't help it, boys are just simpler creatures than girls.

Ask a girl, "How are you feeling right now?" Range of answers will be very wide: Happy, nervous, really mad, disappointed, a little weird, confident, worried, sort of freaked out, embarrassed, etc.

Boys:
Hungry. Sleepy. Horny.
Not particularly in that order.
