Nope give him time, as if he cares he will surely ring u, Luv is a big word to throw around sweetie especially if guy isn't one to say it first. I believe LIKE is more appropriate to bander than Luv

Are you sure he hung up? Did you call a cell phone or was he talking on a cordless? He could have lost a signal or the battery could have died. Call him back if he doesn't answer or completely blows you off then give him his space, he could just be overwhelmed. I mean really that's something you say in person, its a little impersonal over the phone, especially if its the first time you said it out loud to him. Good Luck! have you been in the relationship long days ,months ,years.is it or has it been a stalker type of relationship{you stalking him}the biggest thing is how long have the two of you been seeing each other if short term hold back on the emotions if it is moths and the relationship has been intimate then he needs to come to the table and tell you his feelings for you and if he has no commitment you need to reevaluate the relationship
