I'm currently majoring in human psychology, and these are all wrong.

First of all, those are all wrong. Women like confident guys. If you ask her out, it shows to her that she's in the position of power, as she can reject you. If you compliment her a lot, it shows to her that you are so obssessed with her, that you will do anything for her. Again she knows she's in a position of power.

So let's cover this up: Confidence is the key.

How do you start a conversation? Ask question that have to be answered with more thena simple yes or no, that require more elaboration. That way they can lead to more questions. Think of it as an interview.

Next, you can start teasing, but be sure to include sexual innuendos, because if you don't, she won't know if you're interested in her and you'll be in the friend zone. Also, use lots of touching, AKA kino. This shows to her you like her.

One other thing: don't date middle school or high school freshmen girls. They are very unstable at that age.

There's this guy I'm interested in. He's very busy with his PhD and working tons of overtime. We've emailed back and forth and said he was interested in hanging out in the "near future". He's just finished finals. Should I ask him to dinner?

Hanging out with him before I've noticed he's extremely awkward around women. (Not gay) Friends tell me I'd need to make the first move. He's the type a guy with his nose buried in a book. The couple times we've hung out with friends he seemed interested. I'm really out of practice and not used to asking a guy out.

There's this guy I like & we've talked in class a few times, & he always laughs at my jokes, & if everyone around us is talking, he seems more interested in what I'm saying. But he's really shy, & the only gf he's ever had was NOT the best looking, & everyone I've told says I look a lot better. I told my friend to tell him I liked him, & he let out a forced laugh & said, "why does she like me?" & he said he wouldn't go out with me. Does anyone know why he reacted this way? He wasn't like, turned off by it, but said he wouldn't want to date me. I don't know if I should just give up on him. :/

I hope no one's annoyed by my question.
I know a lot of people probably ask annoying crap like this, but it's bothered me since last night.

I am a young gay may (25 years old) in a committed relationship. I would love to have raise children and start a family - it just seems like having a great family is something that really makes life fulfilling, especially once you start getting older. But I'm in a dilemma because, being gay, it's really hard to procreate. Finding a surrogate mother is expensive!! I guess adopting would be fine too, although I would like to have my children have my own genes if possible - but maybe that doesn't matter so much, maybe adopting is the best idea. that I'm not aware of in my marriage. For instance, this evening as we were getting ready to eat dinner (in front of the tv...nothing formal) my mom called on my cell phone. We chatted for about 10 minutes and when I went back to the table, my husband seemed irritated. He told me that he wasn't mad, but that he thought I should have told her to call back since we were eating. I didn't think it was a huge deal, but his comment made me feel bad. Also, last week we went on a trip to NYC with some friends. It was very cold and we were waiting outside for someone to take a picture, so we stopped in front of a store. Everyone was looking at the windows...so I said to my husband (in a sarcastic tone) "you know, we can go inside!" since it was freezing. He literally didn't speak to me for and hour or so, and when he did he said that I was being a jerk for saying that. ok so i created my boyfriend a myspace account and he asked me to put up pictures for him and so i went to go do so and i gound out he changed his password, ok so anygirlfirend is going to automatically assume that their boyfriend is hiding something so that is what i assumed... then he told me he felt sick because he was afraid i was going to get into his email, which i never had the intentions of doing so. I then ask him if he is hiding things on his email and he says yes he is and he just kept on with it when i dropped it.. he posted a question on here and the people on here told him to break up with me so he did so... I dont understand this, i love him so much, what should be done? What should i do?

I have a twin sister. I know what shes thinkin, if shes hurting physically/emotionally whatever and vice versa, its all very mumbo jumbo sounding i kno. A while ago i got nothing but coldness, loneliness, anxiety, hurt, confusion & fear from her. It made me sick to my stomach and id throw up often. it puzzled me cos she seemed fine, happy even. My instincts had never let me down before. Something was up

Months passed, & i slowley forgot about it until my sister reccently confided that around that time she had got pregnant & had an abortion.

I think i had been feeling what her unborn child was feeling, not what she was feeling which explains alot. I have never felt something like that before.. I feel so sad, while she indifferent

Shes pleaded with me to let her in but it would burden her. It would break her. Should i tell my sister?

25 weeks pregnant and not feeling well. Stayed out til 3:00am for spouses Christmas party, and up early this morning for Christmas shopping. Complications with child (excess fluid around the heart).

Partner feels he shouldn't have to give up his old lifestyle. Has been out every weekend for drinks with the guys for the past month/two months. His friends are jerks to me (spread lies to try and break us up, never invite me out, etc.). Partner still plays hockey, takes guitar lessons, and works different hours than me at times, so usually we have a couple nights a week to see each other, this week only one. He always says "I am doing what I want to do."

My problem? I have given up everything for this child and am often stuck at home alone. I feel like I have no support system and am crushed. I always dreamed of building a stronger relationship with my partner, especially with a child on the way, but he insists on living his own life. It's killing me and I want to leave

He is constantly annoying me, and it is very frustrating. He continuously verbally harasses me and whenever I am doing my school work he is banging on my door and takes stuff from my room. I am going to ask a series of questions, and I would appreciate it highly if they were answered very honestly

1. If a guy is trying to flirt with a girl how will he know that he she is flirting back?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost two years now. We have a beautiful 3 month old daughter and have talked about marraige. I thought we were ready especially after i gave birth but now i'm not so sure. he refuses to change a dirty daiper or wash dishes. he gets upset when i ask him to do a simple thing for me like make her a bottle while i bathe her. he complains and curses. he goes out every weekend to drink with his friends and a few nights during the week. he knows what bills are coming up and he refuses to save money for them and pay it. i started working a couple of weeks ago and things just seem to get worse. i tried talking to him numerous times reminding him that he has a family now but all he does is get angry and says that he works all week and deserves to go out when he wants. last week we were soupposed to go out together. the day of he tells me its his friends birthday and its an all guy thing. he said he would make it up to me tonight but he is with those same guys.

last october, my cousin called me and started complaining i stopped calling and suggested i call once in a while to catch up..well, today i called my aunt in india..when i asked my mom to call her brother in delhi, she said no because they never call us..does my mom have a point in why she doesnt want to call..i was told that just because someone doesnt cal us, doesnt mean they dont care about us..in my counseling class, my teacher told me that if i have family living in a foreign country and they dont always call us, and we do all the writing and calling, that is oaky because we need to realize that sometimes people cant afford to call foreign countries..what should i do..i want to prevent complaints from my cousin that i stopped calling and writing..how do i do that,,my aunt always calls us..is there a way i can make my mom realize that she should call her brother in delhi

Well, i really like this guy. its almost love, i think.... what im havin trouble with, is letting him know. some of u guys are probably like, "Just tell him, idiot." yeah, but its not that simple. We have a baby, he sleeps in bed with us and wakes up periodically throughout the night to obtain breast milk. If we aren't tired my wife will lay on the couch and give him breast milk until he falls asleep, then she will get up so that we can spend time together and have a break. When he awakes on the couch and gets breast milk he'll go back to sleep because it is during his normal sleeping hours. He just woke up on the couch and I asked my wife to give him breast milk quickly so that he would remain asleep and she told me that she was eating. So he woke up, when he does this it takes a good hour of rocking to get him back to sleep. Since I'm the only one who can rock him to sleep it angered me that she didn't respond quickly. For some reason she expects me to put him back to sleep and is angery at me because I said that I wouldn't. If she caused his awakening, knows how long it takes to put him back to sleep, and expects me to do it, what gives her the right to be angery at me?

Because my boyfriend has been her father for the past 3 years the police fill that they have liabilities issues and are telling me that I need a writ of asistance to get her back and if I call the police any more they will put me in jail.
