Because my boyfriend has been her father for the past 3 years the police fill that they have liabilities issues and are telling me that I need a writ of asistance to get her back and if I call the police any more they will put me in jail. When we went to court the judge did not even ask my any questions only the boyfriend.

I think more information would be helpful here .. does he have legal custody, is he her biological father, how long has he had her, those kinds of things would be helpful. But, regardless of all that, you need to seek the advice of a family law attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, look up legal aide in your area. Many attorneys provide their services pro bono through certain agencies. Police usually do not get involved in family disputes unless there is suspected violence, illegal activity or legal paperwork. For them to tell you not to call them anymore says a lot about how much you've called and details of the case.
