How do you get guys interested in you? Well...
How do you get guys to like a certain flavor of ice cream?
You don't. If a guy is interested in you, he is interested in you.
There are certainly things you can change about yourself to attract the interest of more guys or different types of guys but that would be you changing who you are, so you'd be getting them interested in someone who you currently aren't.
If you are thinking about changing yourself just to get guys interested in you, then I'm a bit sad for you. You should be yourself, in my opinion. That's a big complaint people have when dating: they wish that people would just be themselves! If you're desperate I can see reason...
As far as how to flirt with guys... Well, that's just a form of communication. Joke around, have fun. In my opinion flirting should take place after you have a vested interest in someone and usually it ends up involving sexual innuendos. If you're interested in doing those things with someone you just met... well, you shouldn't have a hard time getting them interested in you.

If I were straight....I would want someone who could spell. Learn to do that and soon guy's will be eating out of your hands or at least...acknowledging your presence.
