He's really sweet, and he sits with me everyday at lunch, he really likes me, he's on the A-B honor roll, he's okay looking, and he doesn't try to go too far with me. The only thing is he swears all the time, which I CANNOT STAND, and we've only had one hug in the two months we've been going out. It's like he's scared to try to hug or kiss me, and I don't know why. Also, my best friend used to have a little crush on him, and I can't tell if she still does. Another thing is that this other guy likes me, and I might like him, but I still kinda like my current boyfriend. I'm so confused! Should I break up with my boyfriend? If so, how should I do it?

well my husband is 30 no license, no car, lives with me on and of his mom and sister on and off.

hes been picked up atleast 6 times in the past 2 years for driving under suspension, caught with marijuana atleast 5 times in the past 2 years, ive called the police on him so many times, i even had a restraining order for about 2 months on him,...

the thing is, he has a lawyer and i dont and i cant afford one at this point...


im in college full time , i dont work i just go to school but i have my own house.

what do you think???

im nervous cause he has a great lawyer, the best in this town..
any ideas????

I redid the question 4 erbody day said they couldn't understand it!!! Today I went to a cousin's house becuz there wuz death in the fam && the guy that is my "friend" whom I flirt with ALL the time and who did "first time" things with...ok so it wuz 2 guys and 4 girlz in the car everyone related except HIM and we were in the front seat and I put my legs on him sorta and he moved his away....he just kept inching away slowy. I don't get it? Can somebody tells me some possibilites why he was acting like that?

How do you tell a guy that you want to remain friends? I told this guy that I didn't want to be friends anymore b/c I'm getting too attached, which I am, but now I want to stay fiends. I feel that if I break the friendship I might regret it later. So now I need help telling him without making it seem as I'm a dramatic idiot.

this is what happened to my sister. that's the question she posted wanting help. she just left out a few details:
after her teachers found her, i walked into the room and saw that she had blood on her arm, her skirt was ripped, etc. and i fainted.
she was rushed to the hospital and got stitches
our parents know and have been helping us through it, but its still hard
most of our teachers know about this

even though people have tried to help us, we dont feel any better. my sister, kelsee, especially needs help. i just need some of you who wont judge us to help us out. email us or just post suggestions. just please help!!

Men have it all before marriage. Then they get to the point where the girl basically says, sign this piece of paper, transfer 50% of your assets to me, or the sex is over. The guys do it.

They stay together 7-10 years, the woman gets her kids, builds up her assets through the guy, then files for divorce (women file for 84% of divorces, hmmm wonder why). The guy's life is ruined. The woman makes out with the money and the kids (if she wants them).

Do guys realize if every guy stood up and said NO to this biased crap that things would finally be equal? But men, at the simple possibility of having to look for sex with someone else, sign the paper. What does that say?

Her father lost custody in court. Bother legal and physical. He was awarded very limited visitation and ordered to pay child support. This was almost 5 years ago. He payed a little support at first (maybe the first year?), but that's no longer. He's also stopped visiting, and hasn't seen her in over a year. During that year he has been arrested but possibly not charged for domestic abuse and stalking his ex girlfriend. As you can probably tell, it's not loss not having him in our lives.
My daughter still carries his last name and absolutely hates it. I found out she tells people her last name is the same as mine. I'd like to change it, but I don't know where the father is, and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't agree anyway. He's very controlling.
So, I'd like to know what the normal procedure is in CA for a legal name change.

is it odd that a man i have never met tells me he loves me.. ? I don't know why but i feel like my boyfriend cheated on me in the past. He lied about a lot of stuff that he admitted to (nothing bad)
For example... He told me that i was the only girl he has ever liked (i knew that was a lie lol) but then i told him that we need to have an honest relationship, so he told me the truth.

My point is, he is so good at lying. He makes things really convincing. Its scary. He still does lie sometimes about stupid stuff but sometimes i think, if hes lying about this, what if hes lying about something bigger. What do i do? but so does my bestfriend. and she is being such a jerk to me now. like she lied to me and told me that her, my other friend, the guy and his friend all sat together after school in the library. when really my other friend told me they were on the other side of the room. but he should be mine because were both short and my friend who likes him is extremely tall so they wouldnt look good together anyways. and today my friend and him waved goodbye to eachother which made me mad. ive never talked to him in my life. but my friend has an advanteage because she's friends with his best friend so she goes and talks to them. The father pays support through the state, but since we are not yet divorced, there has not been a custody agreement established. Can I move without being charged with kiddnapping? I was hoping this would motivate him to divorce me, since I have tried through a paralegal but refused to consent to sign the papers. I have heard since we are still married and since I am considered the custodial parent for the fact that I have a car, and an apartment, and the childcare, and health care all set up, and he is ordered to pay child support, but there is no custody order by a court. I want to move by the end of the month, what can I do? I don't have enough time to go to court, and of course I plan on telling the father before I go, but can I get in trouble here? I am in Florida moving to Illinois. I don't want to go to jail, but I don't think its right for this bum to keep me living in this small crappy town.... AHHHHHH! help....

If anyone can help. I just cant seem to fully get over my ex. We broke up 5 yrs ago because of my drinking and i just drank the emotions away after that but i have since then cleaned up, about 1 1/2yrs now, and still cant seem to get over her. We dated for about 3 1/2yrs and i cant remember once ever having an argument. I felt like she was a soulmate to me, but i know there are other fish in the sea. I know that things are completely over with her, but i whenever i think about being with another woman i just cant picture things lasting. I havent gone out on any dates or met anyone in since we broke up and i feel like this obstacle is preventing me from being able to meet someone. I guess what i am asking is why cant i get over her, and what can i do to help get over her? Any suggestions would be great

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years. and theres one thing that really bothers me! i have tried hard all 4 yrs to maintatin a "B" average in high school and am planning on going to MI state for college. however, my bf is going to COD, which is ok i guess, but he doesnt try in school. he says he does but he NEVER takes books home with him. and he has 3 d's, 1 f, and 2 c's right now. THAT IS NOT TRYINg. i know school is harder for some people but he never goes in for help or does hw (it shows that on his grade reports) and he always complains im too busy to talk on the phone or hang out but REALLY im doing h.w. i hate it. i feel like i need someone who cares and someone who is smarter but I DO LOVE him. ive told him this bothers me before but he just says "U SOUND LIKE MY PARENTS! and i do try..." then ignores it. i cant stand it.. what should i do!? please help me

i know some people will say that they havent got a dad, that i dont know what im talking about, or be thinking that i overeact
but
i dont care. Hes almost impossible to communicate with, hes totally selfish, i mean that everything i say he relates to himself. Its just so annoying, hes so negative about everything that i do, critism everywhere, yeah! u can critise everyone all the time, but is that a good way to live your life?? no!

Its completely exhausting!

because im his daughter, he thinks i dont know anything, im not claiming to know anything, but everything ends up in arguements!!

I have liked this girl for about a month now and I am not sure if she has become more nervous around me or just isn't interested.

I have asked her to do things with me three or four times, and everytime she blows me off. However, I do know she has been busy with school and other things. She does tenatively suggest doing things at other times, but nothing specific.

When we start talking to each other she usually cuts it off pretty quickly and walks away. Also when I call her she never picks up, and sometimes texts me back instead of calling me back.

I have even backed off a few times, but then she will come up and initiate a conversation. Also I go up to her and ask her if she is busy on certain nights and can I give her a call and she always says yes.

Is it possible that she is just nervous around me or is she just doing a poor job of blowing me off? I am also somewhat sick of putting myself out there, so could it possibly be that she is playing hard to get still?
