Well, it's important for women to feel that "connection." You don't want to go overboard (nothing cheesy like "You complete me!"), but you get the idea.
You could say something like, "I've never felt anyone understands me like you do," or "What I like most about you is this connection we have." "I like that I can be myself with you and you accept me as I am." "I like that you're as beautiful inside as out."
She'll eat that stuff up.
