Probably because what you call man jobs are things that you do once a year, but her chores have to be done weekly if not more often. A marriage is about sharing the joys and responsibilities. The time where there were women jobs and man jobs has passed. So get up and help her.

First of all housework is not skirt work, it's work
that is done by a husband and wife which makes
it a home. I not only help my wife clean the house,
I help iron, cook, wash the clothes and do any
other maintenance needed to keep our home a
home, and I am just as much a man as any man
is, and I am not scared to pick up a broom or
a mop, having also helped raise our two girls
I am probably more of a man than some. So
next time you really want to be a man for your
woman , then help her out at home.

I clean the house and do all the work on my car by myself...so I guess that shoots your generalization all to hell, doesn't it?

And, yes, I'm a woman...I don't mind doing the housework, I don't mind doing so-called "he man" jobs either. If I am here, and something needs to be done, I do it...regardless of whose job it's supposed to be.

first of all, that is a sexist comment to make. why is it so hard for you to help around the house? are you "too" man to vacuum or fold laundry?

if you want your marriage to last, man up & help her out. We all have emotional needs, this may be one of her's. Its called domestic support.

Keep up your man ego & let me know how long you can keep your happy marriage together.

be a man and help her with the house work, you will have a happier wife and in turn a happier marriage, besides if you help her that will make more time for her to be with you, if you get my drift,
